Trying to take my puppy for classes. I paid quite a bit of money for the puppy training classes. And I scheduled out weeks in advance. Her first class I showed up on time and I was told "the trainer isn't here today" and I made an appointment!! I drove all the way there and the one trainer didn't show up for work, no one bothered to call, email text me nothing!! I was told to leave my phone number for the trainer to call back and I still haven't even received a phone call.. ridiculous and probably about to just get a refund. I don't recommend being that there's only one trainer apparently, and you have to go off of her schedule regardless of your appointments.

I wish I could leave zero stars! It was never the best place to go but it was convenient and got the job done. it's been hard to find a groomer since we moved here from Illinois. We have two small dogs, had appointment set weeks in advance, when we got there, there was pee on the floor, heard a small pup yipe when one of the grimmer was manhandling it, no one said hello or acknowledged our presence when we walked in the door, and then when they finally came over to us were told they could not groom one of our dogs that they groomed before multiple times. Horrible, unfriendly and never going back! Don't subject your fur babies to that environment!

As long as there are five people standing outside of Petsmart on a daily basis, soliciting for whatever, I won't go in. They're aggressive and distracting. I come there to shop for my dog and don't want to be accosted at the door. If it was the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, American Legion, or some charity, I would be all in.

They canceled 4 appointments. The 1st appointment they called & said the groomer was sick. Understandable & was fine with it. The 2nd appointment my daughter took her & they said they didn't have her shots on file. Keep in mind I have 2 dogs & they had 1 on file but not the other so I sent a picture of it & still they said no. The 3rd was on a Sunday & they said they didn't have staff. Yesterday they canceled because I was 7 minutes late when there was wreck literally at the turn involving 2 motorcycle & a truck. I tried explaining but the girl was rude. The grooming staff that I loved is no longer there & this new ones don't want to work. Giving PetSmart a bad reputation. Our puppies are our babies. My Molly now looks like homeless.

I have gone frequented several Petsmart locations around the country and I have found this store in Foley to be above average exceeding their normal standards of the chain. Management has been engaging and interactive with customers like me. I've found the people here to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to go above and beyond. During this COVID disaster, I most especially appreciate the curbside service. Just go one, shop for your special site, pay for it, and when you arrive at the store just call them and they tell you to pull up to the front door and open a trunk or window and they deliver your purchase to you in mere minutes and it's all contactless. BOOM Another big deal for me, they welcome animal rescue groups regularly and utilize volunteers to facilitate the adoption of homeless animals, very cool! Bottom line: This is a very clean and organized store that is well stocked and is a pleasant shopping experience. Recommended!

I was questioning taking my dog to be groomed at Pet Smart but I must say they were very professional. Brooklyn did a great job on my Leo and we will be back.

I have been ordering online and picking the orders up..but last two they have put dented cans in there so now I have to check them everytime and I thought u got 5% discount with every online order,you do not so be sure and check what u order is on their list.. as I assumed from looking at their page it was all discounted..

I just purchased my first reptile after much research and had the best experience with the staff at this location. They are very knowledgeable and careful with their reptiles. For weeks I've been coming in and every time I have received awesome customer service. Now we have added Drogon the newest member to our family and can't be happier.

I took my dog here to get groomed it was the worst experience ever!! Half her face is shaved bald pretty much and theres spots on her legs that are uneven, also it took 6 hrs!! I dropped her off at 10:35 she got done at 4:30!!! Worst groomer ever!!! Never will i be back!!!

I would absolutely never buy an animal from here! I went in one day and about 90% of their fish were dead or dying and covered in green gunk! Their leopard gecko was very malnourished as well. I called customer service to let them know what happened I was put on hold twice and then I finally got to tell her what happened and she hung up in my face. You think that they'd want to know the conditions of THEIR pet stores! They don't care about anything but the money they get from selling animals! The guy there wasn't that nice either and he didn't even try to get the dead fish out I tried talking to him a few times and he ignored me. The only good thing about this place is that it is close and I can get crickets from there for cheap. Absolutely heartbreaking to a person who loves animals as much as I do

Addendum: The 2 groomers at PetSmart that we had for our dog were great and our Aussie always looked fabulous, like my previous review stated. But their salon and store management and customer care leave a lot to be desired. In fact, it's horrible. A simple question on policy, NOT a complaint!, turned into a 13 email, 6 week long, 3 phone calls to customer care, and 3 different reference # fiasco that was never resolved. It was handled very poorly from start to finish and excuses were numerous. I cancelled my last appt and will never step foot in that establishment again.

Boardwalk & Bark Place is an amazing facility. The staff treats each animal like their own. The boarding and daycare that they offer is excellent. The grooming department is very up to date and strives to please each client. I would recommend them to everyone.
