I'd like to promote Tim at Pro Image Sports located at Tanger Outlets (Foley) location. He took the time to take a contact info number in order to call me when a certain hat that I wished to purchase would arrive. Excellent customer service.

I had a great time shopping at the outlet mall. I enjoyed my experience in all but two of the stores I visited. In those cases, I chose not to make a purchase-poor customer service simply doesn't deserve my business. Fortunately, the rest of my shopping experience was excellent.
