Several sales associates and yet no one available to assist. We felt like we were an inconvenience to them even when we were trying to check out and purchase the items. We ended up not getting all the items that we planned since we just wanted to get out of there.

I came here on December 23rd with my son the floor sells workers were awesome, very helpful and friendly,unfortunately the people on the registers need to be trained better. After I paid I was told I could have got a 20% discount asked to be rerun was told no ask for the manager which just so happened to be standing right there and told me no, one of the female registers started laughing about it thinking it was funny if my son wouldn't have been standing there I would have returned everything the sad thing was my son bought some stuff there too and the exact same thing happened again. We spent about 500 between both of us. I was very disappointed the way the manager treated me. I figured we lost about $100 I'd like to see them lose $100 and see how they would feel. I've worked in retail most of my life mostly management and I know that you have customers that can be rude and mean but I did not treat them disrespectful and I was not expecting to be treated like that. The guy that run me up looked fairly new I don't blame him I blame his manager for not stepping up and doing the right thing.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in an outlet center. Employees seemed absolutely annoyed by any interaction with customers. And whoever the bearded man is, presumably a manager, would much rather pass on responsibility for something that actually take a second to answer a question or check on something himself. I have never complained about a single store in the outlet center. Until now.
