“I am not one to write reviews often, but the ladies at Little Bitty’s saved my butt. Blew out two tires and they had a truck to me within 15 minutes that could safely transport the toddler I had with me. The office lady was the absolute sweetest lady ever, and upon hearing I wasn’t from this area and I had a child with me they acted promptly. The cost of the tow was so affordable and the driver Amber went absolutely above and beyond for me!! I will forever recommend anybody in this area to Little Bitty’s!!Service: Car towing”
“My husband and I had an unfortunate situation at a public boat launch in Orange Beach. Our vehicle and trailer were both towed. None of that had anything to do with Kings Towing. The driver, Chip, at Kings Towing could not have been any more polite, professional and helpful in an otherwise stressful situation. Kings Towing had nothing to do with why our vehicle was towed, they are just answering service calls and tow requests from the police department. Chip made the entire situation better because of his nice attitude and patience.”

“I had my windshield replaced. I chose them off the list my insurance co. had, there was really no rhyme or reason. After going thru the ins. co., I called to make my appt. and with Thankgiving the coming week I opted to drop it off after the holiday, so it would be 10 days before I had to bring it in. Their policy is to drop it off 1st thing in the morning and they would keep it all day, giving them time to do it at their convenience. I got a call about 10am (dropped off at 8) and they ordered the wrong windshield, mine had more integrated in it, so they were ordering the right one and it could be there in time to do it that day, which it was. Then I got a call about 2:30, and they got the windshield but there was a chip on it they thought from where it was put when delivered. Hence having to order another one. So after all the rigamarow, they got it done early the next morning and brought to me by 9am the following day and to my surprise, the inside was cleaned and detailed! It didn't smell that good when I bought it. ?”
