Nick went above and beyond to help my husband and I get our tow car that we were pulling behind our Motorhome on a car Dolly. The vehicle was having some issues and needed to be towed back home to Texas. To add... this all took place in the pouring rain. We are so thankful for all their help!

After reading the reviews, I must admit, I was a little hesitant about picking up a 26' truck for our one way move to Birmingham from Frank's Place but they were one of the few open on Sunday. We ended up renting the truck on Saturday. I have to say these people couldn't have been any nicer. Seth and Jason both helped us. Seth helped us up to the point where the 2 UHaul gift cards we wanted to use could not go through on the website so Jason had to call UHaul to get those kind folks to enter them. After that we were on our way. The truck was clean and seems to run fine. We haven't left for B'ham yet but so far we are very pleased and happy we chose UHaul and Frank's Place. THANK YOU!!

My wife went to pick up a trailer. They two men never offered to help hook the trailer or check the lights. They simply told her it’s out back and look for this number. One never looked up from his phone.

Beware the crazy lady next door! DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH HER PROPERTY TO GET YOUR U-HAUL. She will go ham on you and attempt to make your day miserable just for driving on her gravel! I'm so sorry that Franks is next to this woman. Franks is surrounded by a big red metal fence, this is where you need to go in order to rent a U-Haul. He is very polite and even helped me understand what would be more cost effective in my move, and, even gave me suggestions on how to move better. Everywhere else in town just throws you in to a truck and that's it. Will definitely rent another U-Haul from Frank in the future (probably end up buying my first pistol from here, too!)
