Our UPS store is just delightful to use! Whether I'm shipping a box, sending a return or picking up supplies...the customer reps are ALWAYS smiling and helpful, are ALWAYS fast on the equipment, ALWAYS make sure each customer is satisfied, with no questions or concerns....just a delightful business to be a customer of!!

I had amazing customer service. I don’t ship packages much and was never made to feel dumb or less because of my lack of experience. Karla assured me she was there to help me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. It was an overall great experience.
