Mr. Greg is THE BEST! There was an issue with getting my contacts delivered to a rental community and he contacted me and came by my house to deliver them after the post office closed. I had just put in a service request at 3:30, an hour before closing, and wasn’t expecting a response until the next day(s). He went above and beyond to get my contacts delivered to me. Super grateful for Mr. Greg and the Foley USPS!

I got a message that the PO could not deliver my package because there was no access to my property. That is a lie. There is access if the person gets out of their vehicle and walks 75 feet to my front door !! What do they want me to do, meet them at the road ??Disgraceful . This happened again twice this week. It is getting to be a habit just because they don't want to walk 75 feet to my front porch. LAZY employee.

Package was supposed to be delivered today, says “delivery was attempted” and that is a complete lie or i would have my package. This contains very important pre-natals for my pregnant wife that she needs asap, (only available online)
Now i have to completely change my schedule and make my extremely sick wife wait another day till they re-open so i can go pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered!!! I’ve never had any delivery problems with ups, fedex, etc….obviously the workers are incompetent of doing there job the right way, disgraceful.
Seems like quite a few people have this same problem of not receiving mail or it going to the wrong address, one incident here and there can be understood but when more than half of your reviews are the same as mine and it continues to get worse….maybe something needs to change USPS in foley!!!

I dropped off a package today. The beautiful queen that helped me made my day. She told me how beautiful my hair was, and she doesn't know this, but I fought with it before I just put it up. Curly hair and Alabama is a struggle. As I was leaving I heard her speak to the woman behind me and she made her feel the same way. What a beautiful soul to make us all feel a little better. What a gem you have, Foley USPS!

Yes it's small with 2 lines but everyone is always friendly and great. They will help you choose a cheaper option also when it comes to boxes and envelopes.

This post office can’t seem to deliver our mail to the correct address or in some cases deliver our mail at all. Worst post office we have ever had and we have lived in a lot of places. Maybe DOGE will make mail service a privatized operation. Service would be much better.

This location can never be reached by phone. One should not have to drive to the post office to have a simple delivery question answered.
