Most of the time just 1 employee at the counter. Long wait times in line. I am infuriated because my packages are always sent to another post office on the day of delivery. I have had 2 missent packages lately. Why is it so difficult for my delivery to be on time? I have had the same address for 2 years! Let's have some competency or some employees who do!

Not the best. I came in on a Thursday to order a new lock and key for my mailbox, as mine has been lost. After spending $50, I asked when I should expect the lock to be changed. The man at the desk came off very short and rude, and just said “probably tomorrow”. It is now Sunday and my lock still has not been changed. They could definitely do a lot better. At least give a real time estimate so that people aren’t checking their mailbox multiple times a day in hopes that y’all did your jobs.

Said package was delivered, and never put in mailbox, don't know what kind of outfit is running thus show, but stealing mail is illegal, even for the drivers!

Went to ship a package that was marked fragile. The person told me it had to with stand a fall on a concrete floor of 6 feet or more ? Why ??? They said you could buy insurance but it better be packaged really well or you won't get anything? Really ??

I know it’s all hit and miss depending on the person working but I had great experience with the Foley post office today. Went there just before closing time. They still help me with a friendly smile and my paperwork wasn’t done right but they told me just to knock on the door when I’m done and they will take it.

Our mail is being delivered after 7:00 pm every night. So it is dark and the postman is putting the wrong mail in our box and I am now missing a package that says it was delivered but I have not received it. God only knows where my mail is going!! Please ask him to be more attentive to the actual addresses on mail!!

I’m kicking myself for not getting his name, but the manager went above and beyond for me in a recent issue I had. A package had been marked as delivered on Friday but we didn’t have it at the house. The manager was on the case almost immediately after I started a service request on Saturday. He called me and investigated the issue and discovered it had been delivered to the neighbor’s house by accident. He offered to go over there personally to get them for us if we weren’t comfortable. I told him we’d go and get them ourselves. He told me he’d follow up with me shortly to make sure we got our packages. He phoned a few hours later to follow up and we didn’t have them yet as the neighbor wasn’t home yet. He called me first thing Monday morning to make sure we had them and we did. Thank you so much for making this process as smooth as possible. I couldn’t have asked for better service in this situation.

I laughed out loud when I read a few of the negative comments.... Bc my experiences have always been positive, informative, helpful, and kind. Admittedly, I don't know what package goes with what service when I sell something online and the site provides me a prepaid shipping label... And the people behind the counter are always happy to fill me in on the right size box or envelope. As far as the rate of speed in which they operate.... They do a better than average job. I mean, they're not quite as fast as the Aldi cashiers, but they sure blow the UPS Store out of the water.

Most only leave reviews when service is bad which I have been guilty of myself. Today my mail carrier rang my doorbell to show me my delivery was just an empty shoe box(no shoes) which I then refused, saving me a trip to return said empty box. Above and beyond his duties for little ol me. And always a positive attitude and wave even though I sometimes bury him in Amazon packages. Thank you!!!
