Where do I start? I come in there to get my son a trading phone and ended up getting the whole family.New phones.Our salesperson, her name is Charlotte Michael Was absolutely amazing. Went over and beyond in sweet kind impatient as she can be. So with that if I could give her more stars, she would have them Thank you Ms charlotte Michael Most definitely a 10 out of 10 great servic Great phones Great people great place recommended.

We were on vacation when one of our phones broke. Shar went above and beyond to help us. Because of her proffessionalism, kind personality, and excellent customer service, we left happy! Thank you, Shar!!!! 5-star service!

Verizon sucks in general, but this location is AWFUL! terrible customer service (well, no service really), and can't even get anyone to answer a single question. I just waited for 2 and a half hours to simply ask about the trade in value of a device, and walked out without being helped at all, after being told I was "next" multiple times. I watched as 2 of the "workers" immediately helped everyone that came in hours after us, while the other worker chit chatted to the same customer for the entire time I was there about personal anecdotes and how to type in HER OWN PASSCODE (she was young enough to type in her own passwords and use her own fingerprint for biometrics) . I wish I could give this place a negative amount of stars. Absolute garbage.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had heard good things about this company store, but my long drive there was a total waste of time and gas. They were of no assistance at all. Don't waste your time going there!

The worst service there is. Cricket works better than Verizon! They over charge and constantly put unnecessary charges on your account hoping you don’t notice. It’s impossible to get a customer service representative to help or even understand why you are being overcharged. The service is terrible! Horrible customer service! Save your money!

Worst mistake I've made concerning switching from AT&T to Verizon. We weren't there even 30 days before leaving. Numerous contacts with support nothing got resolved, they didn't do anything as promised. We're back at AT&T

Waiting to get some help with settings, waiting time over 1 h, unqualified personal had no clue, 2 working 2 sitting in the back in a private conversation... the worst set up ever of this store that I been using for the last 3 years. Shame to you Verizon!!!

Kudos to Kylie at the Foley store. We first witnessed her assisting a very difficult emotionally unstable person. She listened with such empathy and her customer service skills were absolutely amazing!When it came to our turn, Kylie is so knowledgeable and kind. She could teach us "old people" things we actually understood.Verizon is so lucky to have Kylie as an employee and hope she is treated well. Kylie definitely deserves a raise.

We went to Verizon after being with AT&T for over 15 years. They really took great care of us in the foley office. Bridgette the store Manager is amazing! The gentleman who assisted us through our whole trade-in situation was Marcus and he walked us through how to send our old phones to Verizon, getting our new plan setup, and we got all new phones. I can't believe we waited this long to switch. My teenagers are happy, and so are we!

Bridgette was so super helpful!! It made getting a new phone seem less and easy as can be!
