Worst mistake I've made concerning switching from AT&T to Verizon. We weren't there even 30 days before leaving. Numerous contacts with support nothing got resolved, they didn't do anything as promised. We're back at AT&T

Waiting to get some help with settings, waiting time over 1 h, unqualified personal had no clue, 2 working 2 sitting in the back in a private conversation... the worst set up ever of this store that I been using for the last 3 years. Shame to you Verizon!!!

Kudos to Kylie at the Foley store. We first witnessed her assisting a very difficult emotionally unstable person. She listened with such empathy and her customer service skills were absolutely amazing!When it came to our turn, Kylie is so knowledgeable and kind. She could teach us "old people" things we actually understood.Verizon is so lucky to have Kylie as an employee and hope she is treated well. Kylie definitely deserves a raise.

We went to Verizon after being with AT&T for over 15 years. They really took great care of us in the foley office. Bridgette the store Manager is amazing! The gentleman who assisted us through our whole trade-in situation was Marcus and he walked us through how to send our old phones to Verizon, getting our new plan setup, and we got all new phones. I can't believe we waited this long to switch. My teenagers are happy, and so are we!

This place was horrible. I was the first one there today upgrading 2 new iPhones she preceded to wait on me then bounced to another person before finishing with me leaves me sitting I was in there for almost 2 hours while she bounced around . It was my only day off or I would have left. She did it because they get commissions on every sell. Horrible service I felt like I got screwed paying a 328 month phone bill. Bad customer service.

This place has horrible customer service. The only decent employee they have is the younger guy that works there. The young black lady with long fingernails literally sat there on her phone while there was 3 customers waiting to be helped. Then when I asked her if she was available to help me, she got an attitude about it. I won’t be back to this location. All the bad reviews you see about this store are true. Many others have had bad experiences here.Edit: I have since been back again because customer service scheduled me a pick up in store for a new internet box due to mine messing up and the same girl was on her phone texting the whole time again.

This store has SLOW service. They talk poorly about customers to other customers out loud after they leave. I waited hours to have an opportunity to get service just to be told that “they didn’t want to” help me with a simple task that I was sent to the store for by corporate customer service. Such a poor showing of service, I can’t even stand the sight of this place. Just drive another couple miles to the Verizon across from Walgreens in foley.

After contacting verizon customer service, went in to try and lookup a receipt for a purchase and had trouble initially, but it was fully resolved thanks to the dillegence of Travis and another tech. The service was above and beyond thank you.

Buyer beware. When you go in for help....certain people will change your plan. If you ever cancel service for bad connection problems...you will get billed monthly rate for 4 months after you have disconnected. Then they put it on your credit after calling 1000 times to rectify the situation. Nobody helped :(

Patrick and Bridgette was amazing ! I left AT&T yesterday and started back my service with Verizon who I was with for 17 years but left because we moved. I came back in this morning because I was having issues with my port and account number. Patrick was there but Bridgette helped us instead and she was so efficient. The entire staff had a great attitude and Im so glad I’m back a Verizon customer. If you go to Foley asked for Patrick or his manager Bridgette.
