They need more help, and they need to get the drive up fixed . really slow. No one seems to want to be there . I was in the drive up for over 35 minutes. Because only one line open and they move slow

I asked about a new medication and they didn't know anything about it. Probably better to go to a pharmacy that stays better informed and doesn't have unbearable long lines.

Good luck calling. I called 3x, only to be put on hold for 10 minutes each time and hung up on each time.
I wouldn't even have to call if they filled my prescription correctly so that I could pick it up but nope. I will be switching pharmacies as anywhere has to be better than this.

They advertise pharmacy open until 10 pm. I arrived at 9:40 pm on Thursday night, 5/16/24, with one vehicle ahead of me. I sat in line watching them exchange packages in and out of the drive through drawer and when they got done with the vehicle in front of me, the lights went out of the drive through and as soon as the vehicle pulled out, they quickly shut the blinds and pretty much hid. That was thirty minutes wasted in line for nothing. It’s lousy customer service once again. If I could give less than zero rating I would. They lost a pharmacist to Publix a while back and this location has pathetic in service ever since. He’s doing much better obviously. This location of Walgreens is slower than molasses on a cold day. I need to find a better pharmacy.
I knew better than to trust Walgreens.

Seems like lately it has taken over 24 hours to fill prescriptions that are high priority or at least should be. I have had to call over 24 hours later to see why my medications haven't been filled yet on 2 or more occasions. Pretty disappointing.

It doesn't matter if you make an appointment in advance. I had to wait an hour past my appointment for my flu shot. Why even have an option to make an appointment?? It's also one line for pickup and shots. Do something better. I am not using cvs anymore.

I asked a simple question, and the lady on the phone could not answer yes or no. She was rude and unpleasant. I will never fill a prescription here.

COVID PCR drive thru review: I scheduled an appointment online for a PCR Covid test. I was at the drive thru window 2 minutes before my appointment time with about 5 cars behind me. They took my ID and insurance card then didn’t say another word for 30 minutes while I waited. Sometimes things happen but staff isn’t even respectful enough to communicate.

Horrible experiences no exaggeration! The lines not flowing properly is ridiculous, but I changed pharmacies. The only reason I'm here is bc I started getting my meds in 3 months supply. Bc of lack of transportation. Immediately, there was a problem in their eyes! Of course they got my order wrong, but refuse to fix it.They'll go out their way to be unprofessional with trashy attitudes! They involve themselves in other people's business so much until they can't do their job. This location needs a whole new staff!

I've used Winn-Dixie pharmacy for years because I can shop I get my prescriptions at the same time. Apparently Aldi bought them out. They sent my prescriptions to Walgreens without my permission. I got my insulin refilled the other day. It was ready fairly quick but I had to wait over 30 minutes inline. I have trouble walking and the motorized cart makes it easier for me to get to the pharmacy at Winn-Dixie. That's not available let Walgreens. I'll probably swap it over to Publix since I offer this kind of help.
