Extremely rude and disrespectful staff every time we call or go inside. If you have to use Wells Fargo, it’s worth driving to Gulf shores. Foley is awful.

I bank here for my personal account and was taken back how disrespectful I was treated by many tellers over the last few months taking deposits for my employer. They strongly suggested we put our deposits in the drop box going forward. So we did and when we went to pick up our deposit slips they had misplaced a few. I called my coworker to verify how many slips we were waiting on. As I was on the phone with my coworker The teller began to talk smack with another teller in front of me like I could not hear her. The teller snipped at me that I could go online to verify them. I explained no ma'am I cannot as I work for a corporation and online banking information is not given to us. She then snapped back I could wait for a banker then if it was a problem. My issue is the lack of customer service. Whether I personally bank there or not it should be great across the board. I have banked with Wells Fargo for 6 years now and never come across this kind of treatment at any bank across the US. Until Foley ALABAMA. Highly disappointed and teller Diane needs to take a refresher on customer service.

My mother went there and needed some assistance. She was sitting there for 2 hours no one asked her if she needed any kind of help. Being in the customer service industry this isn't the way to treat your loyal customers, next time ask the customer how you can help them or what kind of assistance they need. You should have your employees to get better training in customer service. Loyal customer like being recognized and when they receive that kind of treatment makes them second guess if they wanna continue staying with this bank.

DRIVE UP WINDOW BEEN OUT OF ORDER FOR NEARLY A YEAR!! THE PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS A CLUSTER AND THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH TELLERS FOR THE VOLUME I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS BANK I ONLY GO THERE BECAUSE MY JOB USES IT SINCE ITS A NATIONAL BANK BUT I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT AND SO DOES MY EMPLOYER IF HE COULD FIND ONE WITH THE SAME BRANCH LOCATIONS HE WOULD CHANGE IN A HEART BEAT

Went on Sat, at arrived at 9:45 am. What a disaster. Inside wasn't any better line out the door. Got to the drive thru window finally at 10:55am realized there is 1 teller handling 2 lanes. I work for a bank and that is not acceptable for the employee or the customers. Very sad. Hope you can retain quality employees. ?

they keep hanging up on me because money never deposited in my account from ATM it been 4 day still havent gotten my money back im super disappointed in you all for being disrespectful to me if you cant help me tham give me my money back periods because it illegal hold customer money and not deposit in they account it agint law

They charge 7.50 to cash their own checks! That's outrageous! Wells Fargo shouldn't charge money to cash a Wells Fargo check.

Outstanding customer service from the banker named Aurkelia. She had such a positive attitude and went above & beyond. You could tell that she genuinely enjoyed working with the public.

Avoid this bank. Gave me the run-around and snuck in a $7.50 fee after wasting 30 minutes of my time. Cheat me once shame on you cheat me twice shame on me... I was considering opening an account but not now. I will be finding a different bank.

This place rarely has working ATM. It is very inconvenient for after hours deposits. I work business hours. This has been going on for over two years. During business hours they are completely covered up, especially since you can't make deposits through the ATM.Will be changing banks. Very frustrating.
