Very poor customer service people in the pharmacy. One pharmacy tech told me that they didn’t feel like walking to the back to get my prescription. The wait is terrible!!

I can NOT for the life of me understand or figure out why and how are they so slow! No sense of urgency, zero customer service skills and please for the love of GOD don't call..because you will get some of the most nastiest attitudes EVER! IF YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. DO NOT COMPLETE THE HIRING PROCESS OF WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS!!! SIMPLE.

If there was a no star , that would be better. 5 trips for 3 prescriptions that were requested at same time. Calling pharmacy is like playing phone tag with a child. Drive thru is always slower than any fast food place that cooks food. Get text that my last prescription is ready for pick up. Wait in drive thru 20 min and I’m told it’s not ready comeback Monday ( it’s Friday) told her I was out of this one and had to call the doctor because the can’t seem to use a phone. After telling her again that they said it was ready I didn’t just drop by , she says we can repul and have ready in 30. I said that’s fine, I’ll wait here for it. She didn’t know what to say. After a minute she said to drive around and get back in line or come inside and pick up. Amazing how they can when pushed. I’m transferring all mine.

Been calling the pharmacy since Friday to check on my sons prescription. The pharmacy has no concern for customers. They are rude,they are hanging up on customers and insensitive. Today is Sunday and after speaking with the unconcerned team leader today finally was able to talk to someone. Someone really needs to go into this store and evaluate this pharmacy. The manager in the pharmacy is also very rude and unapologetic.

Very slow. They don't answer the phone most of the time. Just put you on hold. Today i put my monthly order in at 10am. I called them later in the afternoon and was told be ready in about an hr. It is now 5:30pm and still not ready. They will close away 6pm. Why does it take 8hrs to fill my prescription?

Sold an item on Ebay that exceeded the weight requirement at the post office. The closest FedEx office is 8 miles away downtown, UPS is 10 miles. However, Walgreens accepts FedEx ? at the photo center. Walgreens is about 2 miles away. Very convenient ?.

I was just accosted by Sam, the Pharmacy Manager, at this Forestdale location. He was very rude, aggressive, antagonizing, and slight racist attitude. I pulled up to the Walgreens drive thru window at 8:50 and the the customer in front of me didn't drive off from the window until 8:58. When I pulled up to the window he pulled the curtains down on me. I drove to the front of the store and when he came out he began to yell that they are closed and that I needed to leave. I stated that I was already in the line and sinply needed to understand. He left and I began to speak to the shift manager, while talking to her he pulled back up in his Black pickup truck and jumped out and yelled do I need to call the cops. It was 9:02. The fact that everyone was leaving in the entire store at 9:02 shows that they had already closed before 9 or that closing store procedures are a thing of the past at this location. He began to aggressively walk towards me and tell me to leave and that I was trespassing although there were 2 unhoused individuals at the front door. He kept walking up to me yelling and I asked him to stop addressing me and I simply was speaking to the manager and I asked the manager if that was OK. He gave off total racist vibes and seemed to want to speak down to me because I was black.
I will definitely not use this Walgreens in the future and insist that you all beware when deciding to go to the Walgreens if you desire an experience that doesn't involve: aggressive undertones, rude management, and lack luster customer service.
