Can't rate zero. Store is always cluttered, aisles blocked by stocking carts, floors look nasty, freezer/coolers currently sitting empty for many days now. I ( and several others i know) are at the point of refusing to shop this store anymore. We opt to go to the Family Dollar across the street or drive the extra distance to a different DG where you can actally get down the aisles to find what you want. Multiple days I have found that the store closed early, apparently from noone showing up or unavailable to work from my understanding. I was so pleased when they first opened, but very unhappy with the way it's run for a long time. Seems like as soon as a new manager comes in and gets it running decently, the decision is made to move them elsewhere and it goes right back to the mess it was.

This dollar store needs to have higher level management come out and see how they operate this business. Terrible customer service. Employees look miserable, some don’t even acknowledge you at all as they are checking you out. The store is a mess every time I have been in there. I have stopped going here and now drive to one further away that is much cleaner and has better customer service.

Every time I have gone in there it is junky and unorganized they need to get people to work in the store overnight when it is closed and clear those racks before someone comes in that store and falls

Went to Dollar General this morning to purchase a few items. When I arrived at the counter, the guy working, was breaking down boxes and saw me and three other standing there. When I asked him, was someone working the register? He tells me he was, and I was just gonna have to wait. And continue breaking his boxes down and talking on his phone. I left the store and so did the other three ladies. This happened around 845. A.m. on March 9, 2024 I would never go back to that store.

Anytime I've thought "it must be better by now" and allowed myself to shop here again I've been disappointed. It's still dirty, messy, and the workers are just as rude as ever! I guess it is pointless to complain. It probably won't get any better until everyone refuses to shop here and their cash flow is interrupted, it's all they care about!

The store is always dirty and trashy out side and inside. They need better management to make the employees clean the outside surroundings and keep the inside clean. You see the floors dirty, isle messy, bathrooms dirty, mice and roaches dead??♀️??♀️??. Like really you cant hire people to clean up this store then do it yourself. Stop being lazy only sitting on a desk and eating. Yes you management.This store make Fort Mitchell look ghetto. Fort Mitchell is growing in beautiful housing and population. Everyone who lives at Fort Mitchell we are trying to make it and stay beautiful. This store is a shame the management are a shame and should be embarrassed. Thank you.

This DG is disgusting. It seriously needs to be cleaned there is trash everywhere… opened food, half drank drinks, chewed gum on the floor, trash everywhere in the parking lot. Absolutely gross. The only reason I’m giving it 2 starts is the guy behind the counter was so helpful and so sweet. But the store is absolutely in appalling condition.

I went there this morning 7/11/23, this place is disgusting. In need of a through cleaning inside and out. The two female employees that I saw wasn't doing anything other than running their mouths. Products can't be sold if they are in a box on the floor. Just a big mess.

Walking in, it smelled like motor oil, spoiled milk, and a small house that has 30 indoor cats. The shelves were not stocked, but that's ok. Everything was still in its original shipping boxes on the floor in every isle.At the checkout I could barely see the 2 employees behind the counter because of the box fort they had on the counter and in their work space. So I used the self checkout. There were still products on the unscanned shelf from either other customers or maybe it was being used as a storage shelf. Who knows? The hand scanner didn't work so I had to slide a 20lb nag of dog food over the scanner. When I asked for the receipt the poor little printer sounded like it was gasping for air. I chuckled between my labored breath due to the smell and left without my receipt. This place needs new management.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just left what would have been a sale sitting on the counter. First, there were no shopping carts that didn’t have trash in them. Then once I gathered all of my items, there were no bags at checkout. I’m not going to have these things rolling around my car. This store is terrible. Please pay your managers enough to stay and possibly actually order bags and such. Fort Mitchell will be so much better off when when the new dollar store across the street opens. Hoping they can keep it together better than this place. AVOID unless you have no other options.

The isles are cluttered with stock and u-boats. Kids are managing the store. They smell like Marijuana. Very rude. I did find one exceptionally nice and helpful employee, named Sheryl. Very sweet, considerate, friendly and very helpful.

This is by far the worst ran dollar general in the area always stuff in the isles always long lines such incompetent people running this store i go out my way to avoid this location even though it is closer to my house need some real managers the rest in my area are great

Very kind employees, yet entire isles are so messy that you can’t even walk down them. Always out of something that I came there for and I’d honestly recommend going to the dollar general beside mount olive elementary instead
