U-Haul needs to have a truck on the lot when someone reserves one. I was supposed to get a truck an hour away but instead had to drive out of my way to get this truck and to take it back. It was a terrible experience. I was overcharged as well. If I could give it zero stars I would.

They didn't have my equipment and I had to wait for two hours for someone to return a different U-haul and drive an hour away to get other equipment. The U-haul was not cleaned out because I found someone else's wallet inside the cab. The blankets were everywhere and I had to track down 12 for my order. The personnel were slow and extremely misinformed. Horrible experience I will be calling the customer service line to complain and request compensation. This location caused me to get 7 hours behind our moving schedule and end up getting one hour of sleep the day before our 10-hour drive and move in.

Would give negative stars if I could. Went to.the store a week ago and ordered a trailer 6x12 for pick up on 5/3 was told we were all set up. Called today to get to make sure it was ready for pick up and was told couldn't pick it up til 5/5. Very poor dealership.

The best! The people are so friendly and helpful and it's a hardware store also. Very neighborhood feel and easy to get the help or assistance you need.
