Packages and mail end up in other people's mailboxes or not at all. We just moved to the area and have had multiple issues already. Prior owners forward isn't correctly processed (we've been in contact with them), packages delivered incorrectly, lies through phone call responses, and mail that doesn't seem to show up. Electric company told us last week they mailed thier statement the week prior. We still have not received it. Now today, trash told us they mail thiers last week, haven't recieved it. Not looking good. Even our mortgage company started to panic because we hadn't received documents to review and sign that they mailed after 3 weeks. Just swell when you're new to the area, account numberless, and start tacking on unneeded late fees. I've already had to submit one issue to the postmaster that was remedied. Not looking forward to more.

Worst post office I've ever went. First time I've been there the woman said they don't ship packages in a other country. Second time I've been there she said it's not allowed to send candy to Germany and the adress what I gave her it's a lie.. Ja sure I don't know the address from my mum of course not just have the house since 60 years. Rude attitude, disrespectful with chewing guy like a cow. My opinion go to fedex or something else is not your money worth.

I had nothing but great experience with this USPS especially Kim. I had a package sent to an address that apparently was undeliverable so it was lost in usps purgatory. I went to this office and spoke to Kim, she took my number and said she would call if it returned. 4 days later and Kim calls me to say the package is there and she will hold until I arrive. received has been handled with care and delivered promptly. It’s clear that Kim at this USPS truly values customers. Kudos to you Kim!!!Five stars all around!

Worst ever, my letter mail at any given day will end up in someone else box and I'm constantly getting someone else mail and they are quick to tell you not to take the mail to the correct address you are to return it to the post office, Really!! They really won't receive it then. My packages is a different story don't have enough time or space here to complain about them I have to call the post office because it says delivered. Where??
Then they will send it out, you get lucky if you get it that day after you've talked to the boss. The excuse is usually someone else is doing the route today, not true, I usually get it when someone else is doing the route. I've reported this postal service repeatedly even when they were at the other location, they would laugh at you there it would be almost a week later before I would receive mail and it would be bundle and rubber banded together what does that tell you, they held it purposely. Also, I've had to put a sign in the yard to ask not to walk on the grass, to lazy to walk up the driveway maybe that's the reason I rarely get the packages, but if she's feeling up to dropping the package she'll walk across the grass so much for the sign.
Customer service at the counter has always been great it would be nice if some of their kindness would rollover to the driver's.

I enjoyed my first visit to this post office. I needed to ship off a document, it was an easy process. It was very clean in there, as well. The guy servicing me was very welcoming and friendly. He even gave my kiddos candy.

This post office repeatedly delivers my packages to the wrong house. Some have not even been found. How can you place letters in my mailbox but leave my packages at the wrong house? I never have a problem with other carriers. I have spoken to the manager about this issue several times, yet it keeps happening!

They changed our mail delivery person, constantly get delivery notifications yet nothing gets delivered, or it gets delivered to the wrong house. No accountability, no fixes, no phone number to call. Wasting our time and money.

I don't understand why the employees I've encountered at this facility are still employed there. The woman that delivers the mail in our area doesn't seem to care if we receive our mail, she constantly mixes our mail up or we don't receive it at all. I've had to get a PO Box in town because of her. These employed people need to leave so someone who gives a damn about doing quality work can earn the money and benefits these people get.

For the past 6 months I have not received my mail, my neighbors have gotten my mail. I was supposed to receive an official confidential document that needed notorizing for one of my clients, I work for the State, it never came. I spent all day yesterday securing another document, on a Saturday I had to pull alot of favors and 100.00 to get this and send it. A child's welfare depends on this document. I have never been impressed with this PO, now I'm angry and disgusted. I will be following through with this situation, Federal employees are not safe from losing their positions.
