Visited twice recently. First we were made aware of charges that were on our account. That shouldn’t have been. We were able to resolve because of this information. The second time we were activating and transferring a phone for my dad. Brittany, I believe was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and laughed with us as we goofed off with my dad’s struggles. We will be back soon.

The att store in fort Payne Al is amazing Brittany-rsm and madison- rsc I just got the home Internet it's amazing fast speed I would recommend it to anyone she looks like an egg but it works fantastic

Went in to the Fort Payne AT&T location and greatful to say it was a breeze. The ladies in there was all top notch in knowledge aswell as customer service. I deffinately reccomend AT&T service and this specific location for ALL your Cell Phone "NEEDS"

Great service, amazing customer service and I jumped on a deal for Motorola flip with higher capacity memory, speed and compact size for taking pictures...very intelligent employees that car, answer questions etc.Love the new Motorola flip razor plus cell.
