“I could not find anybody in the area that did roadside tire replacement. I had a blowout on the side of the interstate. I called so many places that came up with my Google search for the area, and this place was not one because they are an alignment shop. But somebody recommended them and gave me their number.In turn, they told me they had the right size tire in stock, and gave me the phone number of a reputable and experienced local tow company.The tow company was also slightly under market cost and were extremely professional and friendly.So I had them take me to Cecil's, and from the time I got there until the time the tire was on and I was able to get back on the road was less than a half an hour.It cost me less to get towed here and have a new tire installed than it would have cost me just for the tire at some place like walmart.Next time I'm passing through town and need an alignment, (or tires) I will come here.Highly recommend them for their courtesy, professionalism, and service.”

“We were headed back from vacation when our tire busted a belt. Not our best moment. The staff here was wonderful. Mr. Larry specifically, went above and beyond to get us back on the road. They had to order our tires but they got it delivered the same day. The prices were reasonable and they worked as quickly as possible. The car arrived at 12 o’clock to the Fort Payne Automotive Center and they had it diagnosed and repair (a new alternator) by 4 pm!!! Life savers!!! But Tony personally kept me updated, worked directly with the insurance company, and exceeded my wildest expectations as far as quality of work. “I've been to Express Oil Change about 5 times since moving to the area. Each time was a very pleasant experience. Sure there's a line most of the time but it's because they're affordable and HONEST. I bought a vehicle recently out of town and decided that since the oil system had not been reset I would have Express change my oil to be on the safe side. The technician checked the oil and gave the engine a once over. He said your oil is fine and you don't need to come back till about 2500-3000 miles. That's honesty! He could've changed the oil just to bring money in but he was honest. Thanks Express, I'll keep bringing both vehicles to you.”

“Dixon's has been my Go-To shop since the day I got my driver's license. I'm 37 now and still use Dixon's any time need repair to a cooling or air conditioning system. Thankfully I've not had to use them to fix anymore "over confident young boy" misshaps but years ago they fixed many of them I didn't even think we're fixable. I took a radiator in after a teenage bet gone wrong. I was taking it in so he could see which radiator to order me. He said something to the effect of why pay for a new one when I can fix that one for less than half the price. He done great on it. I've heard they are great about warranting their work but I can't personally speak on that. Of all the things I've took him to fix over the years, I've never had an issue with any of their work that required me to take it back. Also my a/c quit on my truck due to advance Auto selling me the wrong part. Long story short advance Auto settled with me on just giving me every single part to put a complete new a/c system on it. So I stopped by Dixon's to see how much to flush it out after the the parts were put on on plus charge the system with freon. They priced it to me. Out of curiosity I asked how much it'd cost to put the parts on too. There was only $50 difference! So they have more than fair prices!”
