I have been a Diabetic since 1990 and have never had any Diabetic shoes. My doctor recommended them since I was having problems with shin splints. Poppy at complete care met with me and fitted me and she showed me available shoes and ordered me some. She took care of all the paperwork Medicare required and called me when the shoes came in. She fitted the insoles to my feet and made a follow up call to make sure that they were working correctly. She was a great help in this. I would recommend anyone needing Diabetic shoes to use her.

Contacted this great business to get replacement wheels for my knee scooter. Spoke with Denise, who was always so polite and nice, she put in my order and upon their arrival contacted me to let me know they were ready for pick up. I was greeted with kindness upon entering and paying for the product and left knowing that if I ever needed DME supplies that they'd be at the top of my list to contact. Thank you for the kindness!

Make certain that you have everything BEFORE you sign the receipt and leave!! When you get home and find that supplies are MISSING, it's too late! Your insurance company has already PAID them via electronic transfer!! If you want the item(s) that were left out, YOU will have to pay for those, "Out of pocket." Or, you are S.O.O.L.

Caught them in a lie about something trivial like when they actually ordered what I needed. Its been over a week and a half and still haven't heard from them on item. I would not recommend these people at all.
