MAPCO what is wrong with your hiring system?!? the lady that works there with her hair tied in a ponytail and a tattoo on her forearm is literally the absolute worst worker i’ve ever interacted with. She is always outside on her phone and whenever i come in she doesn’t even ask me anything or put the phone down. She gets so upset when i just ask for gas on a pump and maybe a drink. She has a disgusting attitude and i’ve just about had it with going to that location. MULTIPLE people say the same thing about her!!!! MAPCO take a little initiative here?!? we are a small town we don’t need someone like that on our local route to work. Please do something about this instead of taking it as “feedback”. Also the soda machines never have syrup in them so obviously she’s not doing her job either.

Monday May 20,2024 I stopped for gas the clerk was doing some hot dogs or something and didn’t acknowledge that walked in didn’t say I’ll be with you son a second just kept doing what she was doing. So I left if you want to be racist do it on your own time. Thais was on first shift 9:45 am I’ll spend my money elsewhere I will not stop there again!!!!!

The girl who closes is very hateful and acts like it is an inconvenience for customers to come into the store. Every time I come in she huffs and puffs like it's my fault she has to work. Twice she has slammed the door in my face and said they were closed and it was 9:30 when they close at 10. She also refuses to sell gas after 8:30. She really needs to find another job away from the public.
