Stopped here after being on the road, had to grab some snacks and let everyone use the bathroom.
We’ve stopped at Mapco before but this one really stood out. The bathrooms were actually super clean unlike a lot of gas station bathrooms. Everything on the shelf was organized and easy to pick out from. And the people were nice and I think the managers name was Kiara or something but she was really helpful when my son wanted a specific snack she knew exactly were everything was.
But all in all I would say it was a 10/10 definitely will stop here every chance we are around the fort Payne area.

Great place. Cashiers are friendly. The only down side is the lack of pumps. I guess being a small town they don't need a lot.

Stopped in Store #5167 on 2/10/25. Time was 4:45. The store was dirty and both clerks on duty were leaning on counter Qdoing nothing. I set my items upon the counter told cashier what cigarettes I needed which was 2 packs per the savings. I pulled up my online coupon to be scanned and not having my glasses asked cashier to click correct store in list shown. She informed me # 5167 was not on list. Knowing better I found her store number on list for her to scan coupon. She stated it would not scan which she was in subtotal instead of main menu to scan items. I tried to tell her but she said it would only allow her to go to screen to put in reward number. I gave up ,lost my coupon since it was.opened and said I would get the Manager or James to fix it. She informed me the manager would not fix it. She was rude, unexperienced and is not good with customer service at all and her team partner was as bad. Giving up I informed her I would choose not to even purchase my order from them at all and that I would go across the road to the other Mapco location which I did and had no problem with the cadhiers at all with my coupon nor items purchased. Mapco # 5167 has lost 50% of its business due to bad management and rude employees since Deb Smith retired as Manager. It's only good employees left are the cashiers James and Robert that even care about customers. Trash was overflowing cans and lot was nasty. Majors LLC could save money by simply closing this location down.

I had an intestate trip and stopped to get gas. My car has 12.5 gallon original factory tank and I filled it up there. Miraculously the pump #2 filled up 13.857 gallons since my tank was not completely empty. I went and ask the cashier about it, she did not answer and said manager was not there. They did not check the pump and according to me the pump is setup purposely to deceive people. I have the receipt of that purchase. Never stop there again.

On arrival I had to go to the bathroom, then having no soap to wash my hands, I made it known to the clerk. After walking to the waffle house because I wasn't going to eat any of their food without being able to wash my hands after taking a dump. Waffle House got my business. And I did not buy any food from them. I was happy I found a place to park my truck, thus the fact it wasn't a one-star rating. Coming back in couple hours later, I check the bathroom and there was still no soap I asked the clerk why and he seemed to not care there was no soap due to the fact the dispenser was broke. Is a Dollar tree in the same parking lot to buy so. If somebody get salmonella on their hands from using their bathroom and then eat their food I hope they get sued to high heavens.

This store has a great team. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I bought gas and grabbed some snacks and was checked out by Brad. He was very professional and had a genuine customer friendly interaction. Kudos to this store team!!!!!

this mapco has best pizza ever my fav is breakfast and chicken bacon ranch and cheese sticks but this really food for gas station food and people there are friendly n helpful
