“I fell in love with Foster’s from the first Saturday workout. I was scared to death, but my fears were quickly quenched when I met Marisa. Her spirit was infectious. Everyone at the gym welcomed me from minute one. I was encouraged and supported. When I joined bootcamp I found out that I needed so much help physically. I gained endurance, community, and strength. Then I decided to switch gears and focus on strength class. Wow, that was a game changer. I thought I was a fairly strong person. Boy was I wrong. I have had to work hard but it has been so rewarding. I am doing things that have helped me functionally get stronger to be able to get out of floor, to carry groceries, be able to lift my patients at work easier. I am pushing weights that seemed impossible when I started. I look forward to my time at the gym and I am disappointed when I don’t get to go. I workout on days that I don’t feel like moving and am emotionally shot bit by the end of my workout my body feels stronger and my mind is at peace. Foster’s training has been a God send for me.”
“Nice gym. We had plenty of room to space out. The principal is very serious about the mask wearing ordinance. I think they could have sold more than 120 tickets. Some of our players family didn't get to attend.”
“It's not the newest equipment, but they have everything you need to get in a really good workout session. Cardio, free weights, exercise machines, cable machine, tanning beds, yoga room, etc.”
