I've have been using C & H South since the late 80's. In the years since I gotten 2 prescriptions filled somewhere else. Both times were when I had surgery and was an hour and a half away. C & H is great.

I used this pharmacy for years. Love most of the staff. However, Ashley that works there caused me to lose my doctor. The whole thing was awful. I didn't even ask the doctor for what he prescribed and even told him I had just gotten my medication the day before. He said he knew what I had wasn't enough and sent the script. Ashley said she didn't "feel comfortable" filling my prescription. I am severely disabled and I have bone on bone knee pain as well as a spinal cord injury. She caused the doctor, or perhaps his staff, called me for me a pill count the next day while I was at work. Now I can't even work. Thanks, Ashley. You should learn to mind your own business. Hopefully you will never need something that someone else decides you shouldn't have. As far as everyone else there though, You guys are great.

I really liked this place until Thursday. I went to pick up my prescription. And the person filling my prescription was not wearing gloves. Just touching my medication with bare hands. I was extremely shocked about this. I don't know where the person filling my prescription hands had been. The person that was filling my prescription was touching everything. Then to top it off when my prescription was finished it was throwed on the counter, I heard it hit the counter hard. If I had not seen this with my own eyes, I probably wouldn't have believed it.

By far the best pharmacy in Ft Payne. The pharmacists doesn’t make you feel like your a problem. They answer all my questions and it has help me tremendously, They are very sweet and extremely helpful. I highly recommend BJ and I have also spoke with Ashley before. I have a really bad panic/anxiety disorder and not once have they ever made me feel like I’m in the way or a bother to them. I have asked several questions and they answered them without me feel crazy for asking so many questions. This is the best pharamacy you will find in DeKalb County..

There’s no better pharmacist than BJ! He always knows if you have new meds and warns you of interactions THAT THE DR DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT he’s always so nice and respectful and the crew with him acts the same KINDNESS MATTERS esp when we are sick and already cranky from that steroid shot lol

Very attentive and responsive employees. I have been fighting cancer and have taken a grocery list of medicines. It was so nice to be able to call someone and ask questions about all the pills I had to take. Thanks for making my journey with cancer easier.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 8 years you won't meet people greater than here..Im always surprised how fast they are. They always answer any questions or concerns I have. If you choose a box store you miss out on their hospitality and kindness.

I have a severe gluten allergy and Chad(the pharmacist) went thru every single ingredient with me to make sure none of my meds had gluten in them. Super great experience. Will always use this pharmacy. Highly recommend!
