“This is a great hotel with comfortable beds and great amenities. The room was fabulous, the pool was nice, and the hotel was very clean overall. The personnel is wonderful. And the breakfast was good.”

“This is a miserable hotel. I asked if they had a room available and they told me yes. Then when informed them I had a small service dog they absolutely refused to rent a room to me. Even though this is in direct violation of current ADA laws, the management was adamant and refused to rent me a room even as I asked for the manager to confirm their denial. They even had me explain in detail why I had a service dog which I did voluntarily which is in violation of my rights as I explained to them. I had to drive another hour after already driving 16 hours that night to find another hotel and spent well over a standard rate for another hotel as I could not drive any further that night. As a Veteran who served my country and the issues I experience while serving and the need for my service dog, to be refused by some foreigner running this hotel unfamiliar with the laws of this country was truly a miserable experience and disheartening. It is sad when a national hotel chain like Choice Hotels allows one of their franchises to refuse to accommodate a veteran and the ADA laws in place to protect people. Choice hotels should be embarrassed they let this franchise operate in this manner especially refusing to accommodate current ADA laws. I for one will NEVER stay at a Choice hotel again and will plaster the internet with my story to ensure I at least cost them as much business as possible as they allow their franchises to make their own rules and not adhere to ADA laws or accommodate Veterans.”

“DO NOT STAY HEREFilthy Room, Fridge was dirty, enamel was coming off tub, burns and stains on comforters..... Pay more and stay at a safe/cleaner hotel room. This place needs to be demolished.”
