“I would give 17 out of 5 stars but I can't. Wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring staff. If I tried to list all the positive experiences I've had here and the amount of times they have went above and beyond my expectations, it would be enough for a book. I customize and work on guitars myself but I still will bring some projects to them, not because I can't perform the task required but because of the quality, affordability, and speed of their service. I also have to mention that it's not just about making money to them, they take pride in what they do and will be honest with you even if that means that they make less money off of you. They have saved me money multiple times when they didn't have to and on a particular occasion I went to them to have pickups swapped in a guitar. I brought in the guitar with the pickups I wanted in it and left it with them to work on. They called me shortly after to inform me that one of the pickups I brought wasn't as strong as it should have been, which was a result of the wrong pickup being shipped to me without my realization as they look identical. They could have just done what I asked for and charged me for it but they cared more about my guitar's performance than the money. I have to stop now though because I could go on and on.”
