So I feel bad, and I never leave reviews, but I’m disappointed, and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. The best thing that happened is that they attended me fast, but I have some complaints. I went to get my battery replaced not so long ago. It was fast service and they replaced the battery, but I don’t like what they did to my phone. First of all, they gave me a non-apple battery. I know it’s cheaper and all, but I don’t feel comfortable knowing it’s not a secure battery. Second of all, while repairing the battery they cracked my screen trying to lift the screen up and offered me $30 to fix it. I’m for sure not gonna do it since they didn’t even use an apple battery. Third of all, they replaced my phone case without me wanting to have it replaced. Yeah, a free case sounds nice, but it was clearly used since i opened my phone and there was dirt in the case. I wish they would’ve asked. I should’ve complained but I’m not that type of person. $45 dollars for a battery replacement is a bargain, but I didn’t ask for a cracked screen and different case.

Great people. Very knowledgeable!! He has a great inventory ! I really recommend this place . He took a look at my iPhone and MacBook . He gave me very good advice .

I am very pleased with the service I received. Dropped my iPhone off to have the battery replaced as I ran other errands and returned approximately an hour later and it was ready to go. Prices are extremely reasonable and service was top notched.

At first glance I was skeptical. They quoted me a price that I couldn't believe. But they had my iphone screen replaced in an hr!! Affordable repair and excellent service. Highly recommended. Although I hope to never have to return again in the even of a broken phone I know who I am calling!

Had an issue and Luis responded within and hour and offered a solution that I was happy with. I will definitely be coming to Luis for any future repairs to my phone and highly recommend him to repair your phone. And the prices are very reasonable.
