“I've been to Express Oil Change about 5 times since moving to the area. Each time was a very pleasant experience. Sure there's a line most of the time but it's because they're affordable and HONEST. I bought a vehicle recently out of town and decided that since the oil system had not been reset I would have Express change my oil to be on the safe side. The technician checked the oil and gave the engine a once over. He said your oil is fine and you don't need to come back till about 2500-3000 miles. That's honesty! He could've changed the oil just to bring money in but he was honest. Thanks Express, I'll keep bringing both vehicles to you.”

“Let me just tell you i personally never do reviews. But Tracey is the best there ever was. She helped me so much she was the only person that would actually help me, the guys told her she can do it if she wanted to help me and let me tell you she did. I’ve never had such great customer service and someone who actually cared. She was truly amazing! I was coming down the mountain and realized my tire was super flat and I only could make it to the front of the garden center because it was messing up my rim and so I walked around to the tire center and she came up and helped me got my tire aired up enough to pull it around to the back and got me new tires. She definitely deserves a raise and just know that she really needs to be applauded for her kindness!!!”
