Y'all I need your help. Yesterday we took Masons I phone to have the battery replaced. Today at 11:30 he caught on fire in his hand in my NEW Jeep. Destroyed the phone, burned my interior, and most importantly it burned my child. Take the phone back to the place and they refuse to make any of it ritual. Below is the company PLEASE never do business with them!!!You guys, I need your help. Yesterday we took the Masons I phone to change the battery. Today at 11:30 his hand caught fire in my NEW Jeep. He destroyed the phone, burned my insides, and most importantly, burned my son. Returned the phone to the location and they refuse to do any of that. Very professional & excellent service! I went in here 1/2/23, to have an iPad charging port fixed. This place knows what they're doing! My kid is so ?, plus my kids iPad actually takes charge & works. Not only did they fixed iPad charging port, the guy didn't charge outrageous prices! Let's face it, times are hard, these people are fair & do an exceptional job. I highly recommend for any of your mobile phone & ipad needs!!
