The Fort Payne Branch is the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. So many problems that I have drove to Scottsboro to personally use them. I went and deposited a check that was a Christmas present to me and they are holding the check for 10 days till after Christmas for no reason. They are mad because I reported them to cooperate for how they have been doing me and treating me for no reason at all. They don’t want to do their jobs. I’m not one of those people. I don’t normally report people, but I have been done so wrong by this bank. I am switching banks as soon as I can. I have tried to call and they pick up and hang up the phone. The employees are hateful. There is one man at this bank I have dealt with who is nice and is actually helpful and try’s to do what’s right. The other women I have dealt with is awful. I wish I could type what actually happened but I don’t want to disclose my personal business but I was told by another branch that they have been getting a lot of complaints on Fort Payne and that they have treated me very wrong and unfairly. I plan to go down to the branch with my husband Monday and talk to a manager. I will be swapping banks. I’m over it and never dealt with issues like this. They are holding my checks for no reason and our accounts keep getting hacked all the time. I’ve gotten calls from cooperate and I’ve gotten calls to open savings accounts and other accounts. No I will not. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible. Worst bank ever.

I want to give them less than a 1 star. They have taken money from me without permission and moved it between my accounts. They told me I didn’t know how to read and that I personally made these transactions when I did not. Instead of trying to help me, they put me down as if I was incompetent. Truly awful how customers are treated by them. No one answered my questions they simply went around them. I wouldn’t trust them with anything ever again. Horrible.

Store hours and google says they are open. All doors locked. ATM won’t let me deposit cash only withdraw and bills are due. Thanks regions.

Has to be the worst banking experience dealing with the individuals at this branch I have ever had. They really act as though they don’t care if you do business there or not. Since now only one location to use and it’s accessibility, parking, and drive thru just add to the bad experience. We moved all of our services to a different bank.

I have done business with Regions Bank for years. I have several accounts and my mortgage with them. Their online banking system and bill pay etc. are great and easy to use. However, you can no longer make banking deposits through drive through and that has become very frustrating. The windows are "open" but you will wait sometimes as long as 30-45 to simply make a deposit to their bank. You can try to use the ATM but it will not allow deposits half the time. It is beyond frustrating that their lack of customer service has gotten to a point that you can make simple banking transactions. I will no deal with the Fort Payne Branch any longer when making bank deposit or any other window transactions.

The lobby has been closed for weeks, can’t make deposits at the atm so I had to use the drive thru. Looks like they have 1 teller working the drive thru. Had to wait 15 minutes just to make a deposit. This regions has always been slow, but now is worse. I don’t understand why they closed the other Fort Payne branch

Absolutely do NOT bank here. Claiming checks are fraudulent whenever they're not, making personal accusations and non-professional statements... All around horrible experience. Do NOT recommend.

Only giving 5 stars because of Dina she has an awesome personality and made sure that we got everything done that we needed for our new account we opened ! Great worker . If they hired more people it probably wouldn’t be that backed up in the drive through sometimes the lobby is open but they also have a line in there.

Friday 6/4 11:am. Website says open 9 to 5 but the lobby is closed with a huuuge line at the drive thru teller. Finally got an answer on the phone and they said they were under staffed. During Covid they were constantly closing the lobby due to Sickness. Time to find another bank that can stay open!
