I hope they are able to keep you as an employee. And to the employers of said worker, give her a raise! She deserves it!

This place is ridiculous, they don't except the coupons put out in the paper, and way over priced. I won't be returning. Plus the bathrooms were disgusting.

The lady that helped me was Fast and professional. I don't know her name but she was blonde (highlights?) I was in and out which is always nice. I enjoyed this visit.

I think they are over charging their subs. I paid almost $40 for 2 footlong subs and 1 six inch with 3 small drinks and 1 bag of chips. I won’t be back!

Food was good. Place was clean, the employees were nice.So, this is why I left only 2 stars. I had went there planning on using a coupon. The sign on the door said, "Do not take coupons since February 2022".We've always used coupons at other Subways. Why not this one? They shouldn't be allowed to put their coupons on the flyers that come in the mail if they won't honor them. As far as I'm concerned, that's false advertising. I'm not going to use the Subway in Fort Payne because of this. Please let your friends know that they don't take their own coupons.

This was a pretty disappointing visit. I came on 16 Feb 2023 around dinner time; I was the only customer. I got a turkey sandwich with some veg. My main disappointment came from the lack of meat on my sandwich (see attached photo). There was one VERY thin layer of meat so I could not even taste it as I was eating. Also, when the girl put the vegetables on it was done poorly (ie. barely any spinach, did not spread out the cucumbers). I LOVE Subway, but unfortunately with the experience i had, I will not be back at this location. YOU ARE BETTER OFF AT THE WINGSTOP NEXTDOOR; just a tip.

Only problem is the management is over working the staff...one person just doesn't cut it. I felt sorry for the young lady.

Had a friend treat me to lunch at our local Subway which I rarely frequent due to the fact they do not take Subway coupons and are very skimpy on their portions unlike any other Subway I’ve ever been to. Customer service was great however the quality of the food was meh. When I asked why they were serving brown lettuce the employee informed me that the owner will not let them throw away any of the bad looking produce til the container is empty. Red flag number 1. Then when I went to their drink station I was in shock to see how filthy and nasty it was. I’m very OCD about cleanliness in a restaurant and you could tell it hadn’t been properly cleaned in forever. Red flag 2. Then while I was eating my sandwich I started looking around the entire restaurant and noticed just how nasty the entire place was and low and behold when I went to the restroom and discovered how nasty it was Red flag 3, I then decided I would never return to this particular Subway ever again. I even went as far as to ask what their health score was and was told they get a heads up the day before the health department comes and the employees are forced then and only then to clean everything thoroughly. Red flag 4 I’ve dealt with the health department for years and have never known of them giving any place of business an advance notice when they were coming which may have been a misconception by the employee cause one thing is for sure. Alabama’s health department is a heck of a lot more thorough and have much higher standards than other states I have worked in. To the owner of this establishment you need to properly go by health code standards and furthermore quit taking the tips made by employees and keeping them for yourself. That is the epitome of bad management as well as ownership, integrity and character. Especially when your place of business is the lowest paid in the industry. This is the first time in my life I have ever felt compelled to write a bad review of a place cause to me some folks thrive on being negative and ugly especially in the food industry. However, these issues desperately need to be addressed if you want to continue in business.

Literally everytime I go there.. closed. I go at 730, door says 930, closed. I go at 7, closed. Both times saw a kid in there 2+ hrs before "closing" and they turn out the lights. We need another sandwich place. This one is ?

Well let's see there food is pretty good! Great customer service! The day I went in there was a rude lady who through chips at one of the workers! But I'm always in and out and always have the best food made! Always enjoy talking to the workers always so sweet!
