The staff at The UPS Store in Fort Payne, Alabama is incredible!
I have asked for their help in returns other businesses, asked them to help me ship a framed poster to Washington, D.C. and worked with them to send a stuffed fish (my niece caught it when she was nine) to New York City!
They always know just how to proceed, and they are always so very cheerful and courteous as they work.
