Missing mail . I get the informed mail in my email when i have mail coming . However , for some reason it doesnt make it to my mail box. Please look into this

Uses dog as an excuse not to deliver things. FedEx and the others I have little issues with. Also stuff boxes in the mailbox and packages with little care as to what is in them. Had mail missing for a week before even though it had been scanned in and posted as to be delivered a week earlier than what happened.
