Was on hold for 25 minutes and when the phone started ringing it rang at least 30 times then it hung up and I never spoke to any one. The worst customer service ever

We went to the prescription drive thru 7 minutes before closing to get 2 prescriptions filled and they would not fill them, the lady at the window asked if we could wait until tomorrow to get the prescriptions since they close in 7 minutes, luckily it's not a life or death prescription. The only reason I changed to walgreems is because they use my insurance.

I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I'm very disappointed in my experience with this pharmacy over the past 8 months. First off, I was using Rite-Aid, but it appears it was bought out by Walgreens and closed. Then Walgreens closed the location, reducing the number of stores from 2 to 1, and effectively doubling the number of customers the 1 store serves. Regardless, the problems lie in the facts. One of my prescriptions which I take daily and expect to take for the rest of my life is never on hand and always has to be ordered. I've begged them to set my prescriptions to auto-renew, but they never do, so the medication is never ordered in advance, and thus never available when I order it. My Doctor tells me the medication is the preferred medicine for treatment of my condition, so why don't they have it on the shelf? Three of my prescriptions are available with manufacturers discounts, but even though I have physically taken the discount cards to the pharmacy and asked them to put the information on file, they always charge me for the full amount of the prescription, which leads to a disagreement with the clerk over what I owe. Today they couldn't find one of the discount codes and I had to leave the prescription unfilled until I return home and print out the discount card again. On top of this, the pharmacy is 15 miles from my home, and having to make 2 and 3 trips to the pharmacy to get the months supply of prescriptions is costing me an additional $32 per month in fuel. I am pretty fed up with the unprofessionalism of this pharmacy.

If you want folks to get the vaccines, maybe you shouldnt force them to go through 15 mins of automated help lines then put them on hold before ever making the appointment. Just want to talk to a human to know if i can walk in. I mean this is Ft Payne,AL and i highly doubt theres a line out the door for them...

One they only have one drive thru. It's insane that you wait 25 minutes to drop off or pick up a script when it takes like 2 minutes once you actually make it to the window. On top of that. The hours are ridiculous. They are closing earlier. which I totally understand because of Covid and being short staffed. However when you look online it says both the store and the pharmacy are now open until 8 Monday-Friday but when we left my kids appointment at 7:11pm and went to get the meds they called in. The window was closed and states they closed at 7 but the stores open until 8.... So why does it say 8 for both online. I had to hurry and call her doctors office before they closed and ask them to send the scripts again across the street to C&H because they are open to 10 or to Kilgores which is ACTUALLY open until 8. Get it together.

This pharmacy is undoubtedly the slowest place in town. Sat in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes and got to the window and the pharmacist said, We'll have this ready for you in 20 minutes. Which meant getting out of line parking in the parking lot for 20 minutes and then getting back in the long line again.One prescription! How long can it take? This these ond time they've done this. !

You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. But, when they do finally click over to your call after (18, 20, 37 and 43 minutes on hold) THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU WITHOUT SAYING A WORD!!! This has happen to both my husband and myself on multiple occasions. Also my husband had an appointment for a second vaccine and he was told not to come in. What was the point of him arranging time off for this appointment if they were not going to honor it?

While others add to their drive thru windows to better serve You they have killed a lane to increase Your wait time even more there line is often 5 cars deep .
