I've been with all in for more than 13 years. Tried to deposit a check here, manager said they had to hold it for 7 days. it's ridiculous. Waste of time to go here. Enterprise and Daleville branch they make my money available right away. Rude manager.

Worst bank, by far. Their “Customer Service” is no help at all. I had an issue where another bank basically cleared a check twice out of our account and All In wouldn’t help us fix it. All it would take is a simple phone call to the other bank. Instead, I was told I had to fix the issue myself, because “they don’t do that”. Impossible, the other bank couldn’t discuss anything with me because it wasn’t my account (the payee) and I wasn’t a member there. 100% recommend finding another bank that will help and back their account holders who pay monthly “service” fees.

Joined AACFCU in 1991. They were very good and customer oriented then.Now they switched all our checking accounts to fee based without notification (forced us to change back in person), are now charging for cashier's checks, do not have control over All In debit cards (separate company), can't cancel debit cards online or order new ones (3 week delay over phone), let scammers install skimmers on ATMs (on camera), no free ATMs out of Wiregrass area, redesigned lobbies which cause longer waits.The good: they have new smart ATMs, online check deposit, will notarize for free
