“I was a little surprised this time that I went yesterday, September 2 I did not get the usual videos of what they were doing and I don’t know if they did an overall check like they normally had. All I got was my bill and that I had an oil change and tire balance no one said anything about an overall check and I was kind of surprised because they’ve normally done that. Otherwise service was good. The wait was a little bit longer than normal but they were very very busy.
Very impressed with Tech way and their explanation of everything they did sending pictures to me of what needed to be fixed or their concerns. I will definitely be using them for all my automobile needs. They also took very good care of a friend of mine‘s truck at the same time. The friendliness of the staff was excellent.”

They couldn't patch it ultimately, but they were patient, kind, and helped me when nobody else would have in that situation.

We have been using them for tires only and they have been great with that and we only run into those two workers only! So we have Firestone tires on all our vehicles.”
“Had issues with the fan motor when I got it back where they change a cargo filter and the gentleman took it back apart. Got whatever debris was out of there and had it back together in no time. Always had our stuff dropped off and got back in a timely manner And they do quality work.”

I have read good things on a local social media page about this particular Road Mart. I called…current pricing is half what the F-stone quoted. Car was done quickly and correctly. Can’t believe it took me this long to walk away from Main Street. Thank you Road Mart.”
“Wow Firestone saved us! We were heading back from Destin to Atlanta and air was leaking out fast. We couldn’t find where the leak was coming from on our jeep wrangler. We keep filling up with air with a pump but still seeping out after maybe driving 10 minutes. Thank GOD Firestone was open and on a Sunday. They quickly found the problem and got us back on the road! Great job! Shoutout to the clerk who has a jeep wrangler as well. Super nice lady! Oh and it only cost us 30 bucks. LOL”

“I was worried about taking my vehicle here after reading the reviews. Most of the bad reviews are about how long they take to service the vehicle. Knowing this, I dropped my vehicle off late morning. It was ready to go by the end of the same day. That was for two new tires and an alignment.
Then I broke my struts. They had to order them. It was ready the next day. Everyone was super nice. The technician even came out to the car to show me what was broken and what will break soon. I have no complaints other than my cars breaking. That’s not their fault.
I brought another vehicle in for an oil change and a diagnostic test. They called me and told me I had a more serious problem. They did not recommend that I continue with the requested work until I got this fixed. They didn’t charge me any money for that one and they held onto my car key for the tow truck driver.”
