The only post office in town that loses every package I send. Even sending to a destination in the same county and paying Priority 2 day shipping, it takes at least a week before showing any progress on tracking. I mean if I’m mailing something to someone on the other side of the county I live in…why are my packages winding up in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and one time Kentucky. The staff should be fired, building burned to the ground and start over from scratch.

I have lived in Fosters for 28 years & I love our post office. It's never to busy & the people that work there are really sweet.

To all Fosters residents. I am the new Postmaster for Fosters. I encourage you all to visit for all your shipping need. We have a small staff ready to assist you in offering you all services we provide. Please stop by Monday thru Friday 8am-11:30am and 1pm -4pm. Saturday 9am - 10:30am. This place is closed more than its opened. An hour and half lunch? Closes at 4 before most are even off work? I guess "serving the community " isn't all that convenient for yet another Government agency. They could take a lesson from Post offices on the west coast.

The guy is fairly nice but you are lucky if the line is not out the door, literally. I abhor a day that I have to visit this place that's stuck in the 90s.

Quite possibly the worst post office in the US. Very rude and always have one attendant working. Customer service is out the window with these people.

I agree with so many other people, this must be the ABSOLUTE WORST post office on the face of the earth!!! And they don't care, which is the saddest part of all. I have been here 3 or 4 times and I always leave mad, swearing I will never come back. And somehow, I end up downtown and talk myself into trying it one more time, just hoping it will go well. Of course it never does. Sigh. The employees are so rude, they are not even mildly interested in helping customers, do not show any effort in quick and efficient service, nor make any attempt at basic human kindness or friendliness. It's just awful. Please don't waste your time standing in line here to be mistreated and become angry, and I promise you will wait in line, there is always a line. And you will become angry, everyone is always angry when they leave. Just find a different post office and go there. It will be worth the drive, I promise. If a zero or negative star rating were possible, that is what I would be doing.

Birthday money never arrived - two envelopes missing. These were retired gpa rents and they sent cash. (Yes, we know) But, they are 76 and 78 years old. Their hard earned money is just gone.... very sad .

Came in to pick up a package but couldn't find the right tracking number right away. The staff was patient and helpful, even though I wasn't as efficient as I should have been.

Sent my niece a paor of shoes for her bday. Box was scanned at this facility and said out for delivery. Never made I to my niece, called this post office and they said they never received the package. It was just magically scanned there i guess. Thanks for stealing a 7 year olds shoes you pieces of s***

If I could give them 0 stars I would, the lady Lynoxx I think that's her name is really rude, I have only been to this post office 2 times and dealt with her twice which was very unpleasant!!!
