Cannot say enough good things about the team at this Dollar General, who help d my family in a time of need. It is clean and well stocked and the employees are knowledgeable about local resources. These travelers will never forget our over 3 hours here while we figured out our next move.

Before I started working at this store… I found the store was always and still is very well stocked. The staff very friendly and the store is very clean. Since I started working there we keep and try our very best to keep a well stocked and clean store. The staff is always friendly and we will try our best to always help you find what u need. We have a lot of people from all over to travelers to locals stop in and tell us how much they love our store and how clean and stocked it is. If u ever travel Hwy 45 and going through Fruitdale,Al .. stop by and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

I asked the guy at the register for help and he ignored me. He was out front smoking when I arrived and didn't wash his hands or sanitize after going back inside. Now that I think of it, he wasn't even wearing face covering inside the store! wow.

The stores are jumbled up in a mess most of the time. They are understaffed. Two girls can't stock the shelves, keep all the carts up, take out all the boxes and trash and wait on customers in a busy store.
