My wife and her friend broke down on I-65, a few miles from our house. I went there, to see what might be wrong, but the car ultimately had to be towed. The tow service was great, responded in a timely manner. My biggest issue was the call center. When you're on the side of a major interstate, on a Saturday evening, I would like to speak to a person that speaks English and understands how our roads are marked in the United States. This costed us a lot of time, just trying to explain where we were, because they do not know what a mile marker is, exit numbers and where the major cities are, because they are not from the United States. This could be dangerous for people, especially being in an area they are not familiar with. Please get people that understand how are roads work!!!!
