They don't really get any stars from me. Horrible employees, smart mouth. Received text today that today was my last day to pick up some i drive over there and they say that its been put back and that they put back a day earlier. Well, ypu should not have sent a text. Just pitiful business. I will file complaint on their website too and will let friends and family know of their sorry service and how they treat customers. Ridiculous, so Ridiculous 🙄 will definitely not be back for pharmacy needs or any other needs. They have lost my business period!

I went through the CVS pharmacy on March 19 to pick up medication for my newborn child. While I was there a man in the pharmacy, I’m not sure if he was a technician or a pharmacist proceeded to tell me that he would be right with me, then he continued sweeping for a moment, then he put the dirty dustpan that he was using on the counter where other pharmacist and technicians touch and then handle medication. I was absolutely appalled at The carelessness of putting such a disgusting thing on the counter. The man then proceeded to scrape something off the bottom of the pan, and then just walked around, holding it. I’m very upset that I had to see the dust pan on counter because that makes me question what other places in the pharmacy are unsanitary where they handle my medication and my families, especially my children who are young. Eventually, another man came and helped me and he was very friendly, but I would never go to the CVS again just because of what I saw.

My pharmacy went out of business and was told my refills on medication would be transferred to CVS. I have always disliked CVS but was told they would all be transferred there and I could transfer from there once that took place. I went into another pharmacy to transfer refills of medication. After 2 days they called and said there was nothing to transfer. I went in to CVS with prescription bottle showing refills and there system said see Hard copy of prescription. The "Pharmacist" with a blank look on his face said um , um you will have to call your Doctor. I don't know. All that school for a answer like that is truly funny to me. This is why I have always stayed away from CVS. The wrong pharmacy went out of business. So sad

Rebecca was Amazing for us tonight. My mom always has around 10 or more prescriptions and it's sometimes complicated deciding which ones we can or can't get with the insurance and such. Either way Rebecca was respectful and patient with all of our questions and needs and was super helpful. She's wonderful.

My employer uses Cvs pharmacy that make us use this ?PHARMACY !! Them GIRLS in the pharmacy is terrible with nasty attitudes , what you’re not going to do Cvs pharmacy is make me tolerate these rude girls, I’m not driving around town to find decent service , I advise you to fix this matter asap!!! BECAUSE I WILL NOT TOLERATE DISRESPECT FULTONDALE CVS AND IM STLL GOING TO THAT PHARMACY

Came to this cvs today to see if they had my medication in stock. The woman at the drive thru line didn’t even let me get my whole sentence out before she’s cutting me off telling me that they don’t have it and I won’t have any luck finding it anywhere else. Who wants to hear that they won’t have any luck finding their medication?? I frequent this CVS often and they are RUDE majority of the time I come. They definitely need customer service training or choose another profession!
