I really like this place. I sign in online and know how much time I have to get to the salon. It's convenient to my home and I like the staff. One of the stylists cut my hair for a few years at another hair salon and I ran into her again here.
I got a great cut at a great price.

The Gardendale shop, the people where nice and friendly. Jackie, the lady that cut my hair was helpful and wanted to make sure I was pleased with my haircut. She did a very good job. I will go there again.

The lady who did my hair didn't listen to me at all. She messed up my undercut, it was supposed to be a fade and instead She did a 1 all over. She cut my hair WAY to short. I asked for 3 inches off and she cut about 5 off which doesn't sound a lot but it is. I will NEVER go back.

Son asked for a 2 on the sides and a 3 on top. Ended up with a 1 all the way around and his neckline raised about 2 inches. Avoid this place

I came to this location and clearly on the door it says their hours Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. I arrived at 3:10pm and the sign says closed please call again won't be back till after 4 p.m.. if your business states that you are open along with the sign that says Great Clips open then you should not be closed I find it hard to believe there is only one person cutting hair throughout the whole day very disappointed will not be back
