Very upset that I’m at the Fultondale store. The website says they open at 10:00 it’s 10:15 the store is NOT open, and I’m not the only people here. Not a way to keep customers or to keep this store open!

This is one of the few JCPenney's that so far is remaining open I hope it doesn't close because I really like shopping here They have reasonable prices on clothes and most are name-brand and the layout of the store itself is appealing in my opinion.

I have called Fultondale store for two weeks everyday at least 6 times each day to talk to someone about an order for Herbert Woods . It was suppose to come to his home . Need to know if it's there and when to pick it up . Worst service ever as we cannot reach anyone on .com orders. .

We went there to shop for a few clothing items for a trip we are taking soon. Found some things we liked and bought them with some of tbem being on sale. It was a good experience.

I really miss the JCPENNEY Store in Florence, AL. I was an associate there! I will drive to Birmingham, or Tuscaloosa or Tupelo MS to shop at JCPENNEY! However, since gas prices have gone up so much, my trips will be fewer and fewer! I really miss shopping at JCP! I don’t like purchasing on line because so many ‘hackers’ can get my JCP credit card and use it! Also, I want to try something on prior to making the purchase so that I don’t have to drive 90-95 miles to return it for a larger or smaller size!

I love JCPenney they are the best store and the people are really friendly and nice they ask you if you need with anything they said just let me know and they get you out of there quickly in the cashier line.

I loved the employees and how they will stop to help you. I was disappointed because the things I really wanted were only online and not in my local store. I did find some good bargains and will probably make sure the items I want are in the store before returning.
