The store is a little run down looking (water stains on ceiling, etc.), but the gentleman WHO has helped us two days in a row was very nice. He was all smiles, but remained professional. He assisted us with our inspection and cleaning of my wedding set and getting my Nightmare Before Christmas ring sent off for repair.We dropped the ring off on 1/11 to have the prongs fixed and black onyx stone reinserted. They estimated a return date of 1/21.I will update my review after receiving my repaired ring.SIDE NOTE:If you purchase a warranty/protection plan on your eligible jewelry then all cleaning, repair, and resizing, is free as long as you maintain your every 6 month inspection.

Update: the battery they put into me Citizen was not the right one. It is still at the Citizen headquarters being worked on. Do not give this business your time or money.

Staff didn't know the first thing about how to put a watch battery in. Terrible, will not recommend to anyone. Staff took over 30 minutes taking the back off of 1 watch... Really???

Full Disclosure: My husband has bought many pieces of jewelry for me at this place as I only recently visited to buy a wedding band for him.He likes the selections, the price and the workers. The manager, Candace Brown, is wonderful to deal with. She helped us pick out our wedding bands and allowed us ample time to pick out something that symbolizes our love and commitment to each other. She was very knowledgeable about what was in stock, what could be ordered and how long it would take to get an ordered ring. Our most recent visit was a little disappointing as she was not present and two young gentlemen were. One was taking care of a couple bit, the other seem to be socializing. The former greeted us as he passed by headed to cleaning station with customers' jewelry. The latter would not make eye contact and turned his back to continue talking about non jewelry related topics. My husband then walked to the back of the store so he could catch his eye. The employee then shifted to turn his back. After another 5 minutes, they wrapped up and then we were acknowledged. That experience knocked off a star. We'd just returned from our honeymoon and just wanted my engagement ring polished to match my band. We were standing there, in our bride and groom shirts, way to long with out so much as a "we'll by right with you"

I went there this evening. 3 employees, 1 other customer. He was being helped. I stood looking around for 5 minutes. No acknowledgement, no offer of assistance. I left there vowing to never step foot in that establishment again. I told my daughter about it and she informed me that has happened to her as well.

Kay’s has had my rings since March. Since before they closed for covid 19!!! My store has not reopened and probably will not because they’re closing 400 of their stores permanently. I have contacted them numerous times at that location and have been told they have no way to get inside! Not to mention when I call customer service and ask for a supervisor they tell me one is going to call me back and one NEVER calls me back! My husband and my rings are worth thousands and they just STOLE them from us!!!! Don’t buy from them stay away from them!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!

The manager, Candace, is a straight up b***** She doesn't do anything to help her customers or from what I gathered her staff. She is a lazy manager I have no idea how she has this position. Update: the manager is still useless in helping costumers or her understaffed crew. The only positive I can give this store are the people who help clients. The manager sucks a** and is a rude f****** b*****

Ask about a Dana Augustine remount and diamond show, if you want the best with an affordable price plus the work done in the day. Bring your old jewelry or select from theirs. I love the event.

Terrible, and I feel this way about all Kay's! We bought my ring there last summer and it has been a nightmare ever since. Between the finance company that kay works with, and the actual store. If you're in the market run as fast, and as far away from any Kay's!!! Sent my ring in to be sized, has taken 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my ring back. Pathetic!
