Off exit #267 of I-65, this hotel offers a nice stay. The parking lot is situated so that none of the spots is far away from an entry door. The hotel is nestled among mature trees within a bevy of other hotels of similar price point. There are restaurants and other businesses necessary for travelers within a short walk (or drive) of the hotel. Although the hotel offered free breakfast, we were too exhausted to awaken for the meal so I cannot comment on its quality. While the mattresses in our room were past their prime, all other necessities and amenities were completely fine for our one-night stay.I would stay here again.Nearby activities: Numerous restaurants and other hotels are within walking distanceWalkability: Is safe to walk within the small enclave of hotels and restaurants

The rooms are disgusting. Stay away from the bathrooms if anything, spotted a few cockroaches and the floors and towels were sticky. The cracks in the tile along with the bathtub and toilet moldings were black and green with mold and hair. The bed sheets were stained and the beds were firm but not a comfortable firm (felt like sleeping on a carpet floor). AC and heat unit doesn’t work. The tv was set up so weird, the cable worked but it took an hour to find the channel u wanted. The breakfast bar had 3 things. The only reasonable thing about this place is the front desk service. Overall I’d rather just pay the extra animal fee or sneak my dog in to stay at a surrounding hotel this place is vile and left me feeling itchy.Food & drinks: Sooo many restaurant options. We got pizza and wraps from Mad Pies down the street. Wraps and pizza are good and I’m sure everything else is good too.

I think the worst part was opening the fridge and couldn’t get to the phone fast enough to take a picture and complain about the roach in the fridge. I just know it was my first and last time at that hotel. The location was nice. The service was nice. The cleaning of the bathrooms and rooms could be better.

My sister flew in for Christmasyesterday, on December 19, 2023.She bought a room for the evening(for around $100, mind you) because she was overwhelmed fromher flight being delayed, amongstother holiday travel troubles that lefther stressed and exhausted. SheTHOUGHT that La Quinta would be asafe place to stay for the night, as Ihave stayed at various La Quintalocations across the U.S. andrecommended them to her.Well, she was met with roaches. Alot of them. Adult ones. She didn'tdiscover this until AFTER she'dordered a $30 pizza (she was tryingto treat herself because she'sovercome a lot lately, I'l leave it atthat.) She went to the restroom andcame back and found the pictureattached. When she contacted staff, they toldher they couldn't help her, as themanager wouldn't be in until 9 or 10am the following day. She was madeto sleep in a roach infested room. She came to my house early thisafternoon. We went through herthings outside and found severaladults, nymphs, and an egg sack.Needless to say, we threw her bagout after salvaging everything wecould wash. They refused to give her a refund forthis awful experience, only offering$30 to pay for the pizza that wasruined. Which, honestly, is patheticand insulting. And if they are this lax about roaches? God I hope they don't also have bedbugs. I'll be checking everything for the next month or so, I'm praying they didn't do that to me. I'm hoping I don't find any roaches inmy home, or I will be contacting LaQuinta and talking about what legalaction I might need to take to gettreatments covered. If I could give you 0 stars, I would. What a disappointing way ofhandling this situation from LaQuinta. I'l be sure to notrecommend them again.

I been hear a week with my wife. The morning manager was up providing a hot breakfast for hotel consistently. We stayed on 3d floor. I didn’t see 1 roach and hot water is working. If you have a home that fluctuates 30 degrees any given day or month. Your home will show signs of mold if your not properly managing temperature inside. Now it is very apparent people turned off their ac completely for days or weeks and moisture control may have gotten out of control at some point. All that said, we paid $78 a night with everything in walking distance. I mean sure you can pay more to feel more pampered somewhere else. Wife and I been to the best hotels and Airbnb’s. But at the end of day, you need a nice bed, shower, and good hearts to spend time with. So on your travels, if you see something, say something. It’s also ok to roll your sleeves up from time to time and clean your space, you may just have a laugh. All in all, show some grace and if not your taste. There is always another place to call home. Safe travels.Walkability: Everything with a mileFood & drinks: Shoneys all you can eat $12 (generation “X”, I know). Applebees, Target ( yes there is a Starbucks , Jacks, chic-fil-a, and much more. Aldi and Win-Dixi as well. All with in walking distance. Get your steps in.

Do not stay here! I should have read the reviews before booking but we needed a hotel that takes a dog. Room is unfinished unclean. Pool is empty, fitness center a joke. Breakfast was all processed foods, no protein! Not sure if they are half renovated or not but our room was half painted, dirty trim, broken lamps. This place should be closed!

This hotel was clean and the people were very friendly. The bed had a sheet and a very this blanket. There were no glasses on the room for water or coffee and there was no hot water in the shower. It seemed as if the faucet had been modified in order to restrict hot water. I didn't appreciate the cold shower. Breakfast had only poor choices. I did take a video of the shower faucet if you are interested.Food & drinks: Biscuits and gravy, cold cereal and waffles were only choice for breakfast. I went to Chick fil a.

Worst stay at a name brand hotel ever. The door to the room would not open completely due to needing repairs. The only chair was completely worn out. I've literally gotten better chairs off the curb. The bed frame was broken so it sqeeked loudly at any movement. The list just goes on. Frayed under sized towels, no working ice maker on the floor.... Perhaps La Quinta could rename this the Bates Hotel?I don't expect much from hotel breakfast but theirs managed to be noticeably worse than my low expectations.Do yourself and family a favor and stay somewhere else.

We had travelled for 12 hours already with 3 grandchildren and they were exhausted. if it wasn't for that we would have gone elsewhere. When we got into our room (106) the lamps on the walls literally had no lightbulbs in them, they were filthy, the room had a bad odor, etc. I went back out to our vehicle to get some things and our door lock would take the keycard. It took me over 10 times to finally get into our room. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. We woke up to go to breakfast an hour after they started and they were out of almost everything. When we went back to our room to get our stuff we yet again could not get into our room. A maintenance guy tried and couldn't get it to work. He got a new keycard and it didn't work. I was about to break the door down myself when it finally worked and he told us to use the latch inside the room to keep the door open and not let it close while we were still there. Unbelievable! Then to top everything off they overcharged us for the room and we were told they could not adjust anything. We have always had great experiences with La Quinta's but this one I was the worst experience ever. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

The staff at this hotel was kind, but the room was subpar. The first room they had us in only had the ceiling half painted. It was weird. After requesting a new room, we were put in the one beside it. The room had brackets on the walls with no art, missing tissues, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the bathroom curtain had black mold stains on the bottom, the lamp shades were visibly dirty, and the chair in the room was beyond worn. I tried speaking with the manager before we left to make him aware, but he wasn't in. This hotel needs to uphold better standards.

At first, it started badly because our room had a bad odor. Once my husband and I informed the lady downstairs Mrs. Pam changed our room with no hesitation. She was very warm and showed my husband and me great Hospitality, Mrs. Pam made our stay very comfortable. Thank you, give that lady a raise.Walkability: You can walk to many restaurants and fast-food areas.

If it weren't for the fact we were exhausted from a full days drive, there's a pretty good chance we would have left to find a better hotel. Shower has black mold growing in it, bedding was stained and beds themselves were pretty worn, TV didn't work, and the best part there were actual boogers stuck to the wall right next to where I slept. It was like sleeping in a mens room. I've always had good luck with La Quinta in the past, so this one kinda caught me off guard.

No laundry. No hot water. The white haired old lady that works weekday mornings is a bitter faced, absolutely disgustingly rude old hag. Asked her about a broken waffle maker and she was absolutely unprofessional and rude. She Blair’s her Christian music way too loud in the mornings and then acts COMPLETELY opposite of what that music stands for towards the customers that pay her check. Run from this establishment

Staff was very nice. Exceptional staff. The hotel itself smells moldy, is a little beat up, and has no hot water. I took the bad reviews with a grain of salt before staying there. The negative reviews were correct. The second floor hallways has major dips when walking through. I think the subfloor may need replacing. Hotel in need of major updating
