Can't get anyone to cut just two pieces of wood. Was lied to about someone not being able to cut when they just didn't want to. Just tell me that you don't want to because I'd have more respect for that than being told to run around looking for someone to do it.

The people here are honest and decent people. People trying to make a living wage and help their customer at the same time. In other words, the OPPOSITE of my family. This Lowe's is a great store, though.

Some of the best customer service I’ve had there at Lowe’s. Alexander greeted me at the door and helped me unload a trailer of retaining wall bricks. Then Jalen and Key basically loaded my trailer down with the wood for my deck.
