Came in this past weekend to get my acrylic removed. The male worker uses an acrylic nail to pop my own nails off. The process was painful and I ask him if he could just soak them off instead. He ignores me and continues to pop them off. Now my real nails are damaged and look terrible. Would not recommend.

Helen always does the cutest nails for me! She is absolutely wonderful, by far the best person I have ever had do my nails. Hands down my favorite. I will definitely will not go anywhere else!

So I have been to this salon and LOVED it before. I went over this past weekend and I asked for powder dip and the lady doing my pedicure pulled the powder dip I requested for my manicure. The lady doing my pedicure was so nice, the lady doing my manicure was so so rude. She insisted she would not powder dip my nails and insisted on fake nails instead which I hate! I showed her pics of what I wanted and she basically bullied me into doing the glue on nails. This was part of my Mother’s Day gift and I spent $160. I got in the car and cried my eyes out because this was supposed to be a special treat and I walked out with long fake nails I can’t manage. I should have been more stern but I really was stern about what I wanted and the lady was unrelenting and refused to powder dip my nails even tho I told her about 10+ times I want short natural nails that are powder. Very disrespectful. I’m very disappointed.

Helen always does the cutest nail designs. she’s super talented and careful with every detail. Ricki did my acrylics and they turned out perfect! He’s really fun and makes you feel so welcome.
Highly recommend both of them!
