Been looking for a while for someone to fix my husband's brakes that didn't cost thousands of dollars and ran across Mack's online. Him and Brian were so helpful and everything was priced so well. They are the kindest auto repair people I've ever met and I love how it's a family business. Absolutely great. A great experience, wonderful customer service, extremely helpful, and not wanting to take advantage of you. I highly highly recommend them and they are definitely my go to people from now on and will be going back for any car problems my husband or I have.

Thank you to Brian and his sons for taking fantastic care of me. I was traveling home when my wheel bearing decided it needed replacing. I found them to have the best google reviews, and it was closest to me and boy those reviews were correct. Thanks guys for the fast and highly sought after customer service. My Buick overheated just before I got on the interstate. I found the shop on Google and called and they were able to look at it within a few minutes of the tow truck getting there. It was vapor locked and a radiator cap so I was back on the road quickly. He wanted to be sure I beat the storms. Great folks! They are true local mechanics like the ones I use at home.

This was one of the best mechanic experiences I’ve ever had. I always worry, because I’m a women. But both of them were super friendly, helpful, and thoroughly laid out what was going on. They ran out and grabbed the parts, changed it for me, and had me on my way in less than an hour because they wanted to spare me the cost of a rental car. Our car broke down on the interstate on a Sunday during a road trip. Every shop we called was closed. By chance we had it towed to Mack's even though I wasn't able to confirm yet that they had time for us on Monday (it was near the hotel we were able to get a room at). On Monday morning I was waiting at the front door when they opened. Dennis helped me immediately and he had the necessary parts installed in an hour for a more than reasonable price. In fact, for the first time in my life, I paid more to a mechanic than quoted because I thought he didn't ask for enough.

Super great customer service. I called because I had a nail in my tire. The guy on the phone stayed on the phone with me to give me directions on how to get there. When I got there they repaired my tire within 10 minutes and I was on my way.Service: Tires

My water pump needed replaced. I found Mack's Garage on a Google search and called at 7pm last night. Dennis answered my call immediately. He called to check on parts price and availability then called me back within 10 mins. We discussed price and when we wanted to bring it in for repair. I took my car is this morning and had it back by lunch.
The team at Mack's Garage provided me with great quality service in a timely manner at a great price. Mack's Garage will be my go to for auto needs.
