The only reason the service got three stars is because of our server Jordan. She was the only saving grace on this visit. It was 48 degrees outside and the restaurant had the AC on full blast. I complained to corporate, got a call from the GM after also sending an email to the franchise owner because they would NOT turn the AC off after four requests. We had our food bagged and went home to eat it which defeats the purpose of going out to eat. After speaking to the GM on the phone, he asked to send us a gift card for the amount of our meal that night, which was around $140. Still haven't received that. Hence, the review. Expediency in correcting your like of service plays into a review. Hard fail.

Bloomin onion was salty and hard, seems to be dropped back in grease instead of cooking it fresh. The salad was wet because the croutons were gummy. Macaroni and cheese was dry. Steak and cheesecake were small but okay.

I found the service at the bar a little slower than I was expecting, but it was dinner after a long and I had the time to kill. No worries. For Hilton fans, is door to door with a Hampton.

First off, we had to wait even if there were empty tables because the host taught there were 5 of us even after we said there were only 2. They never rechecked, then told us we will be seated once everyone in the party has arrived and I’m like we are the party, there’s only 2 of us. Then she said there were 5 according to the app, and I told her we didn’t reserve through the app. Then we were seated with noisy children. It would have been ok had I not been starving and starting a headache. Then the server got the orders mixed up so the wrong food came out and we had to wait some more. Save yourself some time and don’t even go here.

First let me say I do like Outback and maybe what I have to say will help them to get it together for a better experience for everyone. I spent $74 and some odd change and it came to $93 with the tip. I asked for my Lobster tails to be grilled and butterflied, they grilled them yet didnt butterfly them. I ordered my Mom the Over the top Brussell sprouts they would have been fine if they weren't burnt. I'm used to Outback when I ordered broccoli and cheese curbside they usually put the broccoli in a to go container with the liquid cheese that I like, that didnt happen, had broccoli balled up in aluminum foil had to ask for my cheese which they charged me for and forgot to put on there. Not to mention that I didnt receive Lobster butter had to ask for that and wait until it was retrieved from the freezer and heated in the microwave. The young Lady was very nice and accommodating although the kitchen chef and expediter need to take more pride into what they are sending out of their kitchen that is going into peoples stomachs. Price has never been an issue although presentation is important and anyone wants their money to be well spent. Also Managers should take pride in their stores and treat every customer the same, get your staff together, make it better and stop making generic answers to complaints. They did get the 4 because the young lady was very nice, she saved them otherwise if itwasnt for her believe me it would have been lower.

My husband and I were at this location for the first time we have never had outback so we wanted to try it we were seated immediately but the server we had was not the best all she did was take a drink order and appetizer after that she never came back to our table but we saw her going to other customers table we didn't get to eat we ended up walking out we felt like it was a racial thing our first experience at a outback was terrible will never visit again.

I think four years post Covid you can no longer use it as a valid excuse. Maybe the menu needs to be changed To correspond with the drinks you’re actually serving. When you order a drink that says it has muddled berries in it, that doesn’t refer to half a strawberry floating in the top. No type of compensation or apology offered just told things changed because of Covid.
