After calling and lo getting the phone ring forever, I finally got someone to answer. As luck would have it, they do not have the item I was looking for but at least they answered, the store on Montclair never answered!!!!!!@

Alexis & Pat deserve either a raise or to be managers!!! I drove all the way from Tuscaloosa & while you didn’t have the hair extensions in the color I wanted, they explained exactly how to get the ones you did have in stock to the color I want. I bought the bleach products I usually buy but they showed me a new product that I hadn’t used before that will work SO much better. I am so thrilled to see how these hair extensions turn out. I drove all the way from Tuscaloosa & I am so glad I did. Please recognize their hard work & knowledge. I’ve been using Sally’s for over a decade and this is the best experience I have ever had. 5 stars for sure. Thanks again :’)

The one closes at 7pm. Birmingham closes at 8pm. Why? Why is a corporate business have different hours in a 10 mile radius? Fix your hours if you're just gonna be lazy anyway. I was turned away 6 mins after they closes to get one thing. Rude employees EVERY times I've come here. Glad the tornado made me move to Birmingham where you can DEPEND on businesses because they state CLEAR hours.

This is the unfriendly store I have ever been in. The salesperson seem to have and attitude. Don't seem interested in there customer at all. I was asking about strengthening hair products. Kept head down with clipboard in hand.Didnt act like she wanted to be there. Then said they were out of plastic bags asked was paper bag was ok said. Then told me as she was ringing it up that the bag was 15 cent for this va. Looked on my receipt it's was said a large bag. The bag was a small gift bag. When I bought 30.00 dollar's worth of product... This pandemic got a lot of people tripping. ....

Shoppers please be aware! This pandemic has really got some retailers doing the most when it comes to price gouging. Your shopping bags after paying for overpriced items are no longer free at Sally’s. Well at least not in Fultondale. Sally, you should be ashamed charging customers 15 cents per bag after a purchase. Per Sally’s corporate office; they discontinued giving away free plastic bags after a purchase because plastic is bad for the environment. They would much rather ask you to buy paper bags so that you can carry all of the products you purchased that comes in plastic containers. This makes absolutely no sense Sally!

I am Caucasian, and have shopped this store for years. Patricia is always helpful and my favorite go to for color advise. Occasionally you get a new sales person that doesn’t know much but usually all helpful.

If I could find the product that I purchase from them at a different store locally, I wouldn't step a pinky toe back in there building. Customer service is horrible!!

Discounts for beauticians or one with a $5 yearly card. I don't feel this is fair.
