Great shop with great people. I drive from Georgia to get my work done. Never worked with more honest or knowledgeable folks. They will make sure you are satisfied every step of the way. (And their excellent prices don’t hurt either!)

Keith is the jeep guru! He knows more about a jeep than probably anyone on this planet. ORC has always been honest, dependable and fair.

So glad that Off Road Connection was recommended to me by Rusty’s. Keith and team fit me in the schedule to get my JT to a 4” Rusty lift. This experience had me going back to ORC for a gear change even though they’re 100 miles away. For me, the high level of customer service, quality of work and level of knowledge will keep me going back.

Keith showed my great patience as I approached with a myriad of questions. Living in Huntsville it was refreshing to be able to speak with the real tech doing the work instead of some bobble head employee that does not know his butt from a hole in the ground. Although I have not had any work performed by them yet, I was impressed with their customer service skills and willingness to help. Thanks you.

Poor customer service. Multiple calls with no returned call. Messages sent through messenger with read receipts and no response. If you don’t want a customer just say it in the beginning and save us the time.

I have waited over 6 months for this review to give myself time to process this experience. I began vetting Keith and this place for months before I brought my Jeep to him. Cj7 with a 4.0 EFI cherokee motor that needed a new engine harness. I would call about every month and they would say they need more time to get other jobs out, to keep calling and checking in. I asked them every call, if you don't have time please just tell me and I will look elsewhere, but I would like Kieth to do this work, I've heard about his work. They assured me they did and I just needed to wait. So then I deliver the Jeep per their request, with 1000 cash so they know I'm good for the money. I wait about 3 months, call and they havent touched it. Another 3 months, havent touched it. This goes on for 9 months of excuses. Finally, I just say screw it, can I just come get it as is? Yes, she says.I get there, and they push it out front. They have left my jeep outside for 9 months, uncovered. The brand new Corbeau seat is ruined, all the metal pieces I had added (hood latches, keys, shift knobs, etc, all freakin ruined).Even the needle on the speedometer is faded from being out in the sun.Keith hands me my money and says "Sorry, here's 100$ for your troubles". I wanted to reach out and choke this guy with everything in the core of my being. It's taken me a year to sit down and write this without anger in my heart. I don't like being an angry person, it's just not healthy.However....This; this is just not right and being a business owner myself and I can honestly say, if I ever did something like this to a paying customer I would not be able to sleep a wink until it was rectified.Months later; I was fortunate enough to get my Jeep to Lee Hurley downtown on 2nd Ave S @ Hurley Engine Service. Running great now and have since repaired the damage that was done at Off-Road Connection. Maybe you know him better, but I wouldn't trust these people to put air in my tires. Just a liar and zero integrity, plain a simple.
