I selected the services I wanted online when I reserved my rental, but when I got into the store the female clerk added an item I did not want. She initially refused to refund my money and as a result I had to call customer service to get my complaint resolved. When I inquired about my last rental (which was one week exactly from this rental) the same clerk had added the same thing to my last contract. They never did a walk around inspection of the truck either time. I did one myself anyway and took pictures so that there would be a time stamp for evidence. The gas level recorded on my contract was inaccurate and I brought it to the clerks attention. When I returned the truck the male clerk (husband of the female clerk) he didn’t greet me and demanded I show him a picture of my contract and a picture of the before level of gas and the current one. The contract in his hand had a different gas level reading again and the time was 5 minutes after my contract was sent in my email!!!!!! He said the lady at customer service I talked to must have changed it for me??!! Are you serious?! I never knew about the gas until after my phone conversation ended with her. Please do better and stop doing illegal transactions.

The Office Manager, Brooke, was absolutely amazing. Her energy was infectious. She was very thorough and helpful. Brooke is definitely a great asset to your company. Kudos to her amazing customer service.

Great service, Honest people. My husband returned our rental van and left our children's birthday card in the van (with cash money in it). With our move and getting settled my husband forgot all about it. When we finally called just to see if they had found the card, the guy who answered the call said he had been holding the birthday card for us. It has literally been 3 months and they still held it for us. Not often are people honest when it comes to cash but he was and held it for 3months until we came back to get it.

Had a rental through app and never again am I going there. Not only did i have to wait 45 min for the rental approval but I requested equipment and it was not there. In all, terrible service.
